The Ipoh Tour on 3-12-2006 (Part 8)

In our previous post, we told you that we would show you what dishes we had for our lunch. Here there are. There are all together 7 dishes.

1. Chicken

2. Lotus stem soup

3. Fresh water fish - haruan

4. Vegetable - "Pa Gu Chai"

5. Pork ribs

6. Eel fried with dry chilly

7. Udang gala - Fresh water prawns

Some words of advice: You got to practice Qigong harder after eating the above food.


Our next destination was to visit a limestone cave in Ipoh. We will show you some photos of the cave in our next post.
