动功与站桩功的作用有什么不同?

动功动中有静,五节动功是中国鹤翔庄气功的基本功。它可以锻炼意识,打开穴位,疏通经络,使周身气血流注得到改善,使筋、骨、脉得到锻炼,并可以人体周围形成一定的气场,使体内外之气混沌一团,大气涤荡五脏六腑,全身各组织器官得到真气充养,达到强身治病的目的。

站桩功静中有动,它可以养气柔体,陶冶性情。真气启动之后,便循经运行,如遇身体哪个部位有病,经络不通,真气运行受阻,就会气冲病灶,并推动形体做出各种疏通经络、治疗疾病的自发动作,帮助打开阻塞部位,使真气畅通,达到治疗疾病,疏通经络、强身健体的作用。
