为什么有的人练功很认真,而疗效并不显著?

如何证明认真练功呢?练功多,不等于认真,真正认真,是按功法的各项要求和规定练功,如姿势、意念是否准确。松、静、呼吸是否自然等。有的人练的时间虽多,但不按规定和要求练,不能放松,特别是静不下来;有的人道德涵养差,不能控制情志的变化;有的人不注意风、寒、暑、燥、湿的变化,不注意养生和生活的规律化,也经常外受六淫(风、寒、暑、燥、湿、火六气的总称)侵袭,这样,即使练功再多,也很难见显著疗效。还有一条应当引起注意的,练功到一定程度产 生阳气旺盛,男女都有性欲要求,这是正常的好现象。但有人缺乏运精补脑的常识,而房事增多,不能节制性生活。这种人即使病痊愈了,也可能复发,这也是实践 经验的总结。
