为何有 人练功后明显改善了食欲和睡眠,过一段时间又变差?

个别人练功中意念过分追求,造成大脑皮层过度兴奋,抑制能力失调,还有少部分人晚上练功后出现大脑兴奋不能入睡,相当多的人是在气冲病灶时,造成不能入睡和兴奋。意念过分追求和晚上练功兴奋的人,可以晚间不练功,在早晨练功;气冲病灶患者,可根据自己的不同情况采取不同的办法来对待。

有人小周天、大周天通了,这是好事,如小周天在疏通时也产生各种反应,尾闾关未通之前,命门以下就有不适感;夹脊关未通时,后背就有不适感;玉枕关未通前,头部就有箍、胀等不适感;这都是正常的。此时,要在老师辅导下继续练功。
