患腰椎间盘突出症及颈椎病可否练鹤功?

这两种病人均可以练此功,但是必须严格按功理、功法和注意事项去练,否则就可以发生不应发生的问题。如第一种病人要注意在第一节功中的通地合阴的动作,动作要慢、要准,意念要正确。第二种病人要注意在第三节动功中的引颈、摆头的动作,要慢、要准,意念要配合好,就能产生治疗效果。

为防止发生偏差,要练完五节动功后,再在老师指导下练站桩。总之,这两种病人要动作特别准确,意念正确才行。
