鹤功的动功和站桩功的基本原则是什么?

动功的基本原则是“意带形动,气随意行,意、气、行统一”。要做到圆、软、远、连、缓、乐。动作要准确无误。站桩功的基本原则是松静自然,呼吸自然,不追求自发功,不乱加后天意识。
