容易惊恐的人练功时应注意什么? (赵金香宗师)


“惊”是猝然遇到非常事变而导致精神上突然紧张的表现,如忽遇险恶,突临危难,幻视异物,耳闻巨响等,都可发生惊骇。惊能致病,是由于内动心神,神惊则气乱不定。所以《素问》说:“惊则心无所倚,神无所归,虑无所定,故气乱矣”。遇惊触动,则又是心气先虚所致,否则虽遇危险,或身临异境也能镇静下来,心平气和,不致造成惊后发病。

“恐”是惧怕的意思,是一种精神极度紧张所引起的胆怯表现。名医张子和说:“惊为不自知,恐为自知”。《素问一》说:“恐,如人将辅之。”(脉解篇)。《诗经》也有“如临深渊,如履薄冰”的诗句,都指恐惧而言,恐惧原因虽多,不外乎肾脏亏虚,气血不足,志歉神怯,因“肾藏志”、“心藏神”。血不足则志歉,志歉则惊,恐则神去。所以《灵枢•本神篇》有“神伤则恐惧自失”。《经脉篇》有“肾足少阴之脉气不足则善恐”。

《素问‘调经论》有“血不足则恐”。《宣明五气论》有“精气并于肾则恐”,《四时刺逆从论篇》有“气血内功,令人善恐”等等记载。以上所说是由于内脏气血先亏而后生恐的,还有因恐而伤及内脏的,如“恐伤肾”。“恐则脾气乘矣”等。练气功惊恐之人有之,不练气功也有之,不能惊恐之后怪气功出偏,具体问题具体分析、具体处理。明白了容易惊恐的道理,练功要选择场地、环境,应当飞力避免遭受惊吓。
