练功和冷水浴有无矛盾?

冷水浴也是一种保健方法,通过这种方法长期锻炼,可以增强人的身心健康和抗病益寿的能力。气功锻炼是增强体质,挖掘人体潜能,开发智慧的最好办法。两者基本上没有矛盾。但应注意,冷水浴最好在练功前进行,因为练功后,人体穴位和毛孔都开了,冷水浴会使穴位和毛孔发生“闭塞”,容易感冒,只要避免这个问题,是可以洗冷水浴的。

Wow...this information really amaze me. My sister told me the elderly residents of http://assistedlivinglittlerockarkansas.com take a hot water then poured in cold water, so the hot and cold will be balanced. My sister will surely try this information.
