我们认为子、午、卯、酉四个时辰较好。子夜即夜间11—1点;午时即中午11--1点;卯时即早晨5--7点;酉时即晚间5--7点。 现在由于大家都要工作、学习或参加一些社会活动,一般不易按时坚持。可以根据自己的时间和个人的工作情况而定,合理进行安排,什么时间方便就什么时间练, 最好有个固定时间,以便养成习惯,持志以恒,长期坚持下去。一旦由于工作忙,错过了练功时间,也不要紧,过一会儿再补上也就行了。
