Curry leaf - "KARAPINCHA" (tej Patti)

Take 22 leaves, bruise slightly, and leave to soak, overnight, in a cup of boiled and cooled water.
Strain, and drink first thing
in the
morning .

You can drink your tea/coffee 1/2 hour later.

The value of "Karapincha" or the curry leaf is appreciated by a very few people .. Apart from its general use, Karapincha protects the liver and the liver cells and is even used as a medicinal cure of certain liver diseases, the control of high blood pressure, heart disease , diabetes and high cholesterol especially. It is an excellent culinary herb for fat reduction.
