练功中,为什么有时一想到头头就发沉,一想到胸胸就发闷?

想即是意守。意守某一部位,该部位就可产生热感,可以调动真气,开合穴位和疏通经络。如果意守的位置不对或过重,就会产生弊病,给身体带来不适感,产生头沉,胸闷等不良现象。
