15.不爱喝牛奶怎么办?
答:有的人一喝奶不舒服拉肚子,可以改成喝酸奶,酸奶我也不爱喝,怎么办呢?那么你只好改喝豆浆水了,但每天必须喝两杯(500克),因为两杯豆浆的钙才等于一杯牛奶的钙。如果我都不爱喝怎么办呢?只好死的快一点了,因为你不懂养生膳食,讲明了你也不按规定办,只有早得病,早衰老,早死亡,别无出路,喝不喝是个人的事,不必勉强。
What if you dislike milk?
Some people do not feel comfortable with milk. They can take yogurt. If you do not like yogurt, then how? You can drink soya bean milk, but must be 2 cups (500gm) daily as the calcium content of soya beam milk is half that of milk. If you still can’t do that, then how? Then you will have to die early because you do not know how to take care of your drinking and eating style. You get sick early, get old earlier and die earlier. There is no other way out. You have to do that yourself as this is personal matter.
