什么叫“逆呼吸”?

练功到一定程度,会感到一股力量从腰部往后抽,也就是由顺呼吸阶段转变成逆呼吸阶段。在逆呼吸阶段,当吸气时,后天气下降,先天气就从督脉上升,当呼气时,后天气上升,先天气就从任脉下降,也就是古人说:“吸升呼降”的含意,当吸气时,腹部收缩,这会有助于元气从督脉上升。因此“吸升呼降法”的逆呼吸,正是练气功小周天所需要的呼吸法。必须注意,这是练功到一定程度自然出现的。
