这样说,所谓有修养,是从表面来观察。很多人心念很急很乱,一时放不下心来,在练功中,最关心的问题总是显得突出,念念不忘,特别是有关个人利益的 事,杂念就更多,一时不能排除杂念,有杂念就静不下来。也有因病重,痛苦较重而影响清静的,这种人除练功按入静方法锻炼外,也可用药物帮助治疗,慢慢就会下来。
