松腕时,两手指尖斜向相对(手腕的放松很重要。方法是先想想神门穴,使该穴放松,两手以腕为铀,稍稍下坠,小臂不动。这样,气马上就可输到十指)。

Relaxing your Wrists (Song Wan)

Keep your mind on shen men and relax your wrists a bit and you will immediately feel the flow of qi into your ten fingers.
