食:每天餐次多一点,每顿进量少一点,饭菜嚼咬碎一点,进口下咽细一点。
住:晚间上床早一点,早晨起床准一点,睡觉床板硬一点,床上铺盖棉一点。
行:坚持走路多一点,站坐时间短一点,行至险境慎一点,上下转弯慢一点。
