How to reduce surplus weight?

Preferably, do not use weight reduction medicine. Control your diet to reduce weight. An adult requires 250 to 350gm of carbohydrate daily depending on the person’s height and weight. Appropriate diet control could lead to weight reduction.

There is another method of reducing weight. Scientist pointed out that drinking of soup before the main meal keeps a person healthy and in good shape. Drinking of soup before the main meal causes an automatic reduction of 1/3 the food consumed. Moreover, the speed of eating becomes slower and this benefits the stomach. Do not drink soup after meal – this will cause increase in weight.
