练功中受到惊吓怎么办? (赵金香宗师)

练功中常见的受惊吓大致有以下两种情况:

(1)来自外界的惊吓。练功入静后,突然受到外界干扰(如场地选择不当,突然出现喧闹声响,或被其它意外事件所惊动),很容易
受到惊吓;有的夜间单独在野外练功,精神紧张,也容易受到惊吓

(2)练功时出现各种幻觉。这本是练功中常见的现象,但有的人胆子小,或者缺少科学常识,有迷信思想,出现幻觉时就胡思乱想,造成自我惊恐。

中医理论认为:“惊则气乱”,“恐则气下”。受惊吓后,有人哭笑
无常,有人语无伦次,有人手足颤抖,有人少气无力,有人疲劳嗜睡、昏昏沉沉,有人发烧心慌,也有人失眠多梦、精神恍惚。发生以上现象,不必惊慌,可按以下办法处理:

受惊后不要马上离开练功场地,应当就地镇静下来,集中精神,继续练功,感到舒适后做“引气归元法”。

有人受惊后忘记收功就离开了练功场。这时,身体周围的气没有收入丹田。遇到这种情况,如果离练功场地较近,应回原地收功,按受惊吓后第一种情况处理。如果离练功场地较远,或离开时间过久,可以采用“左四右三回阳法”。
