为什么有的人练功后有失眠尿频现象? 失眠尿频更严重应该怎样解决?(赵金香宗师)

一般地讲,有失眠症的人,大多数都有尿频症,二者的病理是密切相关的。尤其夜间频尿病,是心肾不交,水火不济,心阳扰动于上,克于肺金,使肺变燥,而下焦元气变寒,失去阴阳平衡的功能,所以使人难以入睡。肾阴拒阳于下,肾与膀胱互为表里,寒水得不到气化,水货倒置,不得已而排水于外,所以尿频就更厉害了。这类情况应当以意守丹田,多作“双回气”补气为主,意守的部位可提到中丹田或下丹田靠上一点,就会逐渐好转。
