17.怎样掌握每日三餐的蛋白质?

答:提倡吃素,但人不能光吃素,为什么?大家知道人有三十二颗牙齿,其中四颗是犬齿,是吃肉用的;二十八颗是臼齿,用来磨碎蔬菜淀粉用的,其义,主要是素食为主。老虎都是犬齿,当然是吃肉的,这是自然界的规律。人体需要蛋白多了少了都会得病。每日三餐,每餐最好一两瘦肉或者一个大鸡蛋,或半两黄豆…….等。一日三餐,比如早晨吃一个大鸡蛋;中午吃一个肉片炒蔬菜;晚上吃二两豆制品或二两鱼和虾,这样一日三餐的蛋白就够用了。

How to control the amount of protein in our daily 3 meals?

Promote vegetarian diet. However, human being cannot be on pure vegetarian diet, why? We all know that human being has 32 teeth. 4 of them are sharp teeth and are meant for tearing meat. The other 28 teeth are flatter and are meant for grinding vegetables and starch. This actually means human being ought to eat much more vegetables than meat. All the teeth of tiger are sharp teeth. As such, tiger eats only meat. This is the law of nature. Too much or too little protein will make a person sick. For each of the 3 daily meals, preferably eat 1 ounce of meat or a big egg, or 2 ounce of bean curt, or 2 ounce of fish and prawn, or 2 ounce of chicken or duck meat, or half an ounce of yellow bean…..etc. For example, one big egg for breakfast; a slice of meat fried with vegetables for lunch and 2 ounce of bean product or 2 ounce of fish and prawn for dinner will render sufficient protein for the day.
