答:鱼类蛋白质最好,吃鱼越多,动脉越软,冠心病,脑卒中越少。植物蛋白黄豆最好,黄豆蛋白不但是健康食品,对妇女可减轻更年期综合症。更年期的妇女血压忽高忽低,心慌出汗,脾气暴燥,或者抑忧少语。外国妇女不然,她们除调控膳食外,高层次妇女晚年还用DVA生理雌激素来补充体内需求,所以她们到80岁还能开车、游泳,身体很好。豆类蛋白就有这种雌性激素作用。

Which protein is the best?

Protein from the fish is the best. The more fish you eat, the softer will be your arteries. Coronary heart diseases and cardiovascular diseases become lesser. As for plant, protein from soya bean is the best. They are healthy food and reduce diseases in women related to menopause.
