25 Health Benefits of Lemons

想做的事就去做
不要人在天堂,钱在银行~要及时行乐喔!共勉之!

很多人都有一大堆计划留到退休后去做,但到了那时候,现在想来快乐的事,届时已不快乐了。想做就马上去做,尽管不景气,这仍是大前研一的诤言。

我说「人生不妨绕路走」,读者或许不知道什么是绕路。我就试着从我接触过的多位经营者的(痛苦)小巧引出我的看法吧!

过去30年间,我至少和一千位经营者共事过。正确的数字我没算过,但是一年30个人,30年下来应该有这个数目吧。我所谓的经营者,都是社长(总经理)、会长(董事长)等事业成功的企业人士,也都是孜孜矻矻忙着赚钱的人。

这些日本企业领袖多半爱谈退休后的生活。有人说想每天打高尔夫球悠悠哉哉的日子,有人想回到面临濑户内海的美丽故乡天天钓鱼,有人想和老妻带着珍爱的相机环游世界,有人只希望含饴弄孙、忘掉工作,还有人梦想参加非营利组织(NPO)到东南亚当技术指导,有人甚至想在郊外盖间房子晴耕雨读,或是长住澳洲。

他们年老后的梦想五花八门,可谓百人百样,但只有一点我非常确定:他们之中没有一个人完成梦想。为什么呢?

首先,他们熬不到圆满退休,最近半途失意退职、悄悄过日子的案例尤其多。其中多半是公司里发生了意想不到的状况,恰巧位在高层的他们,只好引咎辞职。另一个原因是位居高层的时间太久、积劳过度而猝逝。

同样地,历任会长、董事会顾问、顾问、最高顾问、监察人等职位,一过了80岁,便被送进老人院的情形也很多。他们在60岁上下时侃侃而谈退休后的希望和梦想,但是一过了70岁,却突然开始想做「终身经营者」,怎么也不肯退休。那些能幸运退休的情况又如何呢?

好像也有问题。没有人每天钓鱼、打高尔夫球。每天做这些事其实很痛苦。打高尔夫球、钓鱼和旅行之所以快乐,是因为这些事情并非日常之事。

每天打高尔夫球得找到球伴,每天和同一个对手打也无趣,况且往往很快就累了。人上了年纪,打球的分数增减也很有限。只有当场地和对手都不同时,才会觉得有趣。每天要做到这样,似乎很难。我在美国佛罗里达常看到退休老人打高尔夫球,他们几乎是为了健康而打、为了防止老人痴呆而打,让人感觉不到退休前所期待的「乐趣」。

钓鱼则更惨。钓到的鱼得有人高兴吃掉。老夫妻没那份食欲;老伴每天表现出最大限度的欢喜,其实都是装出来的。钓鱼必须有人乐享成果。如果还是社长任内,因为是偶一为之,擅长逢迎的职员会起哄作乐,争相讨鱼。孙子也会讨好说:「爷爷好厉害哦!」如果住在市区,分送邻居也皆大欢喜。但是在濑户内海的穷村钓鱼,和渔夫没有什么不同。在只有老人的村子里每天钓鱼,一点也不快乐。本来还有这种梦想的经营者,现在都已打消念头。童年时钓鱼是很快乐,当社长时偶尔去钓鱼也很快乐。可是真正退休后天天钓鱼,就不是这么回事了。

那位想环游世界拍摄照片的人还是继续旅行,只是不再拍照了。他当副社长时去过南美洲的伊瓜苏瀑布,拍了一些幻灯片回来,当时是很稀奇,他以「副社长的南美报告」为题,宴请属下,同时展示摄影成果。席间赞语不绝:「照相技术真是一流啊!」「哇!我也想去一次看看。」真个是宾主尽欢。

他退休后又去尼罗河上游,拍回一些珍贵的照片,但是这回属下就不捧场了。不是推说有事在忙,就是告罪下周有预算会议或要出差,理由尽管不一样,总之就是没人来看。就连孙子若不利诱也不肯来。结果落得只有和看过实景的老妻一起整理相簿的下场。从此他出门时不再带沉重的手动照相机,换成用过即丢的即可拍相机了。看来,即使完全实现年老后的梦想,也没有当初所想的那般快乐。

我的结论只有一句,这辈子都不要说:「我以后要怎样怎样……」。我的建议是,如果有「以后」想做的事,现在,没错,就请现在去做!想做的时候正当其时,没有延后的理由。现在觉得快乐的事,上了年纪以后,不一定觉得快乐。

更积极地说,现在就做觉得快乐的事,才能学会年老也觉得快乐的方法,退休后就能成为真正的玩家,快乐地生活。

1.及时行乐
只要体力.经济.时间允许,想去的地方就立刻去吧!莫等走不动时~后悔、遗憾。只要有机会,多与老同学、老同事、老朋友聚聚!聚不在吃,担心的是~时间不够多。存在银行的钱~不一定是你的,该用的时候要用,临老要善待自己。

2.想吃什么,就吃什么,快乐最重要
想吃的、爱吃的食物分为两种:对自己健康有益的,要常吃、多吃、但不是全部。对自己健康无益的,要少量、偶吃、但不是不吃。不想吃的、不爱吃的食物偶而也要吃一点点,平衡营养。

3.乐观看待生病、往生
有钱、没钱、有权、没权、有名、没名都要经历生、老、病、死的过程,无一幸免。有病时不必害怕,不用担心,把后事交待好,随时可走,了无遗憾。把身体交给医生,把生命交给神明或者上帝,把心情交给自己。如果担心能医好疾病,那就担心吧!如果担心能延长寿命,那就担心吧!如果担心能换得快乐,那就担心吧!

4.儿孙自有儿孙福
对于儿孙的事,耳朵可以听,眼睛可以看,但嘴巴不要说。原则是:说了无效的事不说,做不了的事情不做。被动的事要看情形,儿孙独立是你福气。

5.顾好四老
老身-多注意健康信息,保养全靠自己。老本-自己赚来的钞票,要自己保管好。老伴-另一半要多珍惜,有一个会先走。老友-见面机会要把握,只会愈来愈少。

万病皆可心药医序言
悠悠万事,养生为大

每个人都有正事要干,什么事情呢?就是养生。养生就是保养生命。

养生可不是治病,养生可不是锻炼身体,养生可不是吃点营养品。

养生听起来有点玄,做起来却并不难,谁都可以完成。但是事情好做,道理难明,如果你不知其所以然。你就不信,也就不会去做。更不会坚持。

养生这件事,得早做,马上做。

如果你现在有空,如果你现在还没病,如果你现在还没让杂事缠身。那你真是有点福气,赶紧养生,事不宜迟。

养生不是越养事越多,而是越养事越少。因为杂念少了,杂事就少,有一念就有一事。无欲则无求。养生就是把身上的负担放下,每天减一点重量,让省下来的精力、省下来的气血化作一股能量,穿透我们厚厚的外壳,将本心释放出来。我们就会自由自在、随心所欲了。

找到本心,就找到了生活的真谛。我们为谁而活?就是为了这颗本心。

“朝闻道,而夕死可矣。”这个道就是这颗本心。

因为这颗心能洞悉天地之玄机,有万变不穷之妙用。本是我们每个人生来就有却又随之迷失的,现在我们要做的就是让它失而复得。

翻山有路,过河有桥,我们的本心它不是空中殿宇,不是海市蜃楼。每个人身上都有一条通路可以到达,那就是经络。经络从体表通向四肢五官,通向五脏六腑,通向思想精神,通向灵魂本心。

沿着生命真谛的道路,处处山高水险,也处处有驿站凉棚。您可以在任何一处歇脚,但都不会枉来一生。生命的意义不是追求外物,而是回归本真。本来与生俱足,却又河里掘井、雨中浇花,貌似勤劳,其实是虚度人生。

我们哪有那么多闲心去给别人挑刺?哪有那么多闲时去关心无聊的八卦?哪有那么多的闲钱去挥霍身体?这不是自由自在、随心所欲,这是百无聊赖、放浪形骸。

你觉得身体健康吗?你觉得身体强壮吗?你感觉生活快乐吗?您感觉安全舒适吗?

如果你觉得不满意、不健全,还没达到你的愿望,那就快去修正你的生活,修炼你的身体,修复你的心灵。

这一切都不是空话,这一切都可以完成。

我知道,如果你确信有一条路可以让你健康、强壮、快乐、安全舒适,我想你一定会乐意前往。只因我们不知道还可以走这样一条路,一条可以把握自己健康、自己快乐、自己运气、自己生命的一条路。

财富、名誉、地位、权势,可以让人觉得尊贵,显赫一时,很多人为此拼搏一生。但只有健康、快乐、长寿、智慧才会让你真正满足,长久享受,这才是生活的真谛。

本书想和大家一起分享自主的生活,包括如何防病、如何强身、如何自立、如何快乐;不是要教给大家什么,因为生活是自己走的路,不是别人可以教会的。每个人生来就知道怎么生活,只因一开始就有人替我们做主,替我们选择,我们才会有这么多病痛,这么多烦恼。

剩下的路,我们要自己走。天空本来就自由广阔,我们不用别人赐与。

Danger of Energy Saving Bulbs

DANGER: The new eco-friendly bulbs contain toxic mercury (picture posed by model)

Energy-saving light bulbs are so dangerous that everyone must leave the room for at least 15 minutes if one falls to the floor and breaks, a Government department warned yesterday.

The startling alert came as health experts also warned that toxic mercury inside the bulbs can aggravate a range of problems including migraines and dizziness. A leading dermatologist said tens of thousands of people with skin complaints will find it hard to tolerate being near the bulbs as they cause conditions such as eczema to flare up..

The Department for Environment warned shards of glass from broken bulbs should not be vacuumed up but instead swept away by someone wearing rubber gloves to protect them from the bulb's mercury content.

In addition, it said care should be taken not to inhale any dust and the broken pieces should be put in a sealed plastic bag for disposal at a council dump & not a normal household bin.
None of this advice, however, is printed on the packaging the new-style bulbs are sold in. There are also worries over how the bulbs will be disposed of.

Under new regulations for hazardous waste, councils are obliged to recycle them. At present, they should be placed in special bins also used for batteries at a council dump. But in future, councils will have to provide a collection service or install special recycling banks for the bulbs.

There are fears that without a proper disposal system, the mercury content could contaminate water supplies.

Independent environmental scientist Dr David Spurgeon warned yesterday: 'Because these light bulbs contain small amounts of mercury, they could cause a problem if disposed of in a normal bin.

'It is possible that the mercury could be released into the air or from land-fill when they are released into the wider environment. That is a concern, because mercury is a well-known toxic substance.'

And dermatologist Dr John Hawk, told BBC Radio 4's Today programme that some people already find it difficult to tolerate the fluorescent-strip lighting that is widely used in schools and offices, which works in the same way as the eco-friendly bulbs. He said: 'Fluorescent lights seem to have some sort of ionising characteristic where they affect the air around them.

'This does affect a certain number of people, probably tens of thousands, in Britain, whose ailments flare up just by being close to them. Certain forms of eczema, some of which are very common, do flare up badly anywhere near fluorescent lights, so these people have to just be around incandescent (old-style) lighting.' 创造健康的奇迹(二)

2009年3月份,一对四十岁左右的夫妇来求医。男的哮喘多年,女的从小就有皮肤病,近年来的牛皮癣越来越严重。我仔细检查了他们的身体,了解了他们的各种情况,对他们说:“你们的病是一种病。”

丈夫说:“夏老师,您有没有搞错呢,我明明是肺有问题,我老婆是皮肤病,怎么是一种病呢?”

我说:“中医自古就有‘内不治喘,外不治癣’的说法,你们也听说过吧?为什么这两种病这么难治呢?因为哮喘不是肺的问题,至少主要的不仅仅是肺的问题,而皮肤病当然更不是皮肤的问题。而是身体的整体问题,也就是说身体的整体生理垃圾和毒素太多,超过了身体本身的代谢能力,也就是排毒能力。身体没有办法通过正常的途径来排毒,比如通过肾过虑血液里的垃圾以尿方式的排出。身体为了把多余的毒素排出体外,只好起用另外两条重要的排毒通道--皮肤和肺系统。这种排毒的持续进行就表现为各种皮肤病和肺系统疾病比如额窦炎、鼻炎、咽炎、气管炎。如果仅仅治疗肺和皮肤,怎么可能根治呢?”

妻子显然被我这种解释打动了,迫切希望马上接受我的康复治疗和服务。而丈夫却半信半疑,他说:“我们求医多年,吃药无数,不瞒您说,就是著名的医学教授和中医大师,有些还在国务院领津贴的专家也看过不少,可是一直不能治好我们的病。您不是学医的,确实很难让人相信。”

就这样,他们回去了。一个月以后,这对夫妇又来到我的家,而且还带来了一位医学教授,是他们的亲威。看情形是要考核我。我很不高兴,很委婉的拒绝交流和提供康复服务。那位医学教授倒是非常谦虚,说了许多客气话。这样我们就开始交流起来。

教授请教道:“您说所有的慢性病的形成是因为生活方式、心态、环境造成身体功能下降的结果,表现在身体里就生理垃圾和毒素太多,沉积在身体的各部位。您说最有效和最纯粹的治病就是排毒,只要把毒排到一定的程度,身体就会康复。那么您能不能解释一下生理垃圾和毒素到底是指什么?”

我说:“生理垃圾和毒素是一个概念,其实就是身体生命活动过程中的代谢废物。人体由细胞组成,而细胞每时每刻都需要吸收营养和氧气,同时排出废物和废气。氧气和废气由呼吸系统运输并由肺泡转换进入血管与细胞进行交换的。营养是由消化系统经过小肠吸收进入血管的,营养和废物是由血管运输和排泄的。因此身体的血液循环系统保持畅通,肌体就会是正常的,人体就会是健康的。当我们吃药过多,吃垃圾食品过量,我们的身体里就有太多的垃圾。身体通过足够的睡眠来分解、处理身体的垃圾,身体通过足够的运动来帮助身体代谢和促进血液循环,身体通过喝足够的水来运输生理垃圾,当我们的睡眠、运动、喝水出现问题的时候,身体的毒素排泄就会发生困难。比如许多妇科病,其实都是无菌炎症,没有细菌也有炎症是怎么回事呢?其实就是太多的生理垃圾垃圾在生殖部位。

身体生理垃圾太多了,身体就会自己来处理这些垃圾。身体的血管是一个封闭式的可以自由流动的管道系统。这些太多的生理垃圾沿着血管流动,沉积在小腹部就是妇科病、男性生殖疾病,沉积在肾里就是肾病,沉积在肝里是肝病,沉积在皮肤里就是皮肤病,沉积在肺里就是肺系统的疾病。不过呼吸系统的生理垃圾是通过呼吸管道壁的黏膜和腺体分泌痰、鼻涕来表现的,咳嗽就是要把这些生理垃圾排出去。这些垃圾的沉积在最初的时候就是比较轻微的病,如果不排毒,垃圾继续沉积到一定的程度,就会向恶性肿瘤发展。就好象我们的家里有一点点垃圾,影响不会太大,只是让人不舒服而已,但堆积太多了就会发生恶臭,生长细菌,最后无法居住。所有癌症产生都是这样,比如肝病最初是肝炎,然后是肝腹水、肝硬化、肝癌。肾病最初也只是肾炎然后才发展到尿毒症的。这个过程需要十年甚至更长。”

教授心悦诚服的点点头:“夏老师不但懂中医,而且对西医对人体也是了然也胸啊,佩服佩服!那么您是怎样来治疗皮肤病和哮喘的呢?”

我说:“康复分为三步走,第一步是治命,就是改变观念,如果不能接受我的天道康复的理念,就没有办法提供康复治疗了,这是前提。第二步是治人,需要改变生活方式。这是康复的最重要的保证,是必要条件。第三步才是治病,就是排毒,所有的康复治疗都是同样的分为六步环节。”

接下来,我就详细的论述了排毒的六个环节:

第一个环节:全身分区域推拿,加快全身血液循环特别是毛细血管的血液循环,让生理垃圾快速流动起来,排出体外。

第二个环境:刮痧,打开表皮汗腺、毛孔的排毒通道,使毒素的排泄更加畅通。

第三个环节:拔罐,通过真空罐生产的负压,使身体深处的毒素向表皮渗透,达到排毒的目的。

第四个环节:泄瘀血,根据病人的具体的情况和病症部位,适量的泄掉一些毒素,达到直接从血管排毒的效果。

第五个环节:蒸汗。任何毒素的流动都需要借助水这个载体,而水在身体里的流动和排泄需要温度,通过提高身体的温度来达到水的代谢进而排毒。干蒸是最重要的排毒方法。

第六个环节:温水或药水泡澡。通过水的濡湿、温度进一步打开皮肤的通道,让毒素全部释放在水里。

病人和教授终于愿意接受我的康复治疗和服务了。三个月后,夫妻俩基本获得了康复,并且是一辈子的健康。因为他们从我这里得到的不仅仅是治病本身,而是健康的理念、知识和保健的技能。教授接下来打电话给我说:“夏老师,您创造的健康的奇迹!”
