能量倍增操,一覺到天亮!

      這些年有時常會有些身邊的至親、朋友、同學等。有不健康遺憾,在教拳中每當看見有人因身體不適!花錢來學習太極拳時,我心中總是會有不捨與難過,因為大都是積勞成疾。西醫無法根治、中醫調理要花錢、花時間!我們社團內也有醫師好幾位來學習太極拳藝。只為了想用最自然的方式養生!因為醫師們知道西藥副作用的後果。10/8參加同仁精進營,執行長林俊龍院長公開表示:要活就要動!這時老祖宗的智慧出現了藥補不如食補、食補不如功補
 
   末學提供一種簡單易學的功法。名為能量倍增操。為太極輔助功法。只要你想要健康。只要你願意在連續二、三個月。在睡前的十五分鐘抬抬腳。只花你一點點的時間,就可以讓你精神倍增、改善體質;這個功法,約民國87年在屏東有一位太極尤師姐教我練習,當時,尤其是女性只要有生理不適、便秘、胃腸消化不良、尿失禁、攝護腺腫大等。她就免費傳授。師姐當時對我說:如果將來有機會,要把這功法教出去造福大家。所以整理了過去的講義提供大家參考如下。 



抬腳。半夜不用起床小便,一覺睡到天亮! 
一直以來都會在半夜一點半和四點半起床小便,幾年如此,風雨不改。  

自從每晚臨睡前做了「抬腳」以後,再也不用半夜起床小便。只有一次在睡前喝了一杯蜂蜜加肉桂粉,半夜四點半起床小便一次而已。
不知那位朋友也有做「抬腳」?可否分享一下反應和結果如何? 

我一次做不到十五分鐘,我分開三次做。我做的方法是:開始「抬腳」後心中默數二百下,然後把腳放下放平,在心中默數一百下作為休息,之後馬上第二次「抬腳」,心中默數二百下,再放下腳休息一百下,第三次「抬腳」二百下就完成了,一覺睡到天亮。 

在「抬腳」過程中,大小腿有些麻,小腹膀胱處有些酸痛,好像肌肉拉得很緊張。 

我不知道什麼原因「抬腳」可以免我半夜起身上廁所小便,但我實在感激發這郵件給我的人。 

希望別人都可以得到同樣的效果。

能量倍增操為太極輔助功法 

 只要你想要健康。只要你願意在連續二、三個月。在睡前的十五分鐘抬抬腳。只花你一點點的時間,就可以讓你精神倍增、改善體質; 
只要有生理不適、便秘、胃腸消化不良、尿失禁、攝護腺腫大等。 
在此簡述抬腳時的過程與反應:
一、在抬腳時前、後需各喝300西西溫開水,心平氣和保持輕鬆,自然呼吸、不可憋氣,靠腰力及丹田氣力來支撐身體下半部所受之酸。使身體與大腿成九十度、大腿與小腿成九十度。支撐至少十五分鐘以上。


二、在抬腳時血液會迅速流回肝、腎,給予重新解毒排毒,此時新陳代謝增加,腰部以下會有強烈極酸的反應,為了排解瞬間增加毒素,人體腦下垂體自會分泌激素,激發潛能,加強排毒,最後在流汗中,將毒素予以排出。

三、在抬腳時可引濁氣下行排出,升清降濁正氣倍增,體內正常細胞大曾活躍,癌細胞自然死亡。

四、在抬腳時神闕(肚臍)及命門同運氣,打通任督氣血暢行無阻,毛細孔擴張,增加皮膚呼吸及代謝作用,因丹田訓練呼吸,減少肺部負擔胸腔之濁氣自可順利排出,解決心胸之鬱悶、心胸開朗氣沉丹田、心臟恢復正常功能,心理壓大降低、血壓隨之穩定。

五、在抬腳時因流汗,自可將體內酸性毒素排出,血脂肪自然燃燒。脾主四肢,所以血糖可以穩定,改善脾的功能,人的性情自然溫順和譪可親。

六、在抬腳時,大小腸自然會蠕動,膀胱更有力,男女生理功能更是增強奏效,何來秘便、月事不順、攝護腺腫大等失調症。胃腸消化、排便正常,何來肥瘦不均,胃口不開呢?

七、在抬腳時,脊椎保持水平,全身肌肉富有彈性,氣血順暢,各關節自會增生骨髓,脊椎兩旁神經恢復平常傳導作用,何來關節退化,或長骨刺的名稱,壓迫神經的病痛呢?

八、在抬腳時,因內臟全身運作,腦內革命,心理生理調適正常,何來睡眠障礙症。頭腦清醒、智慧、記憶力當然會增加,這是真善美的表現。激發意志力及吃苦耐力,方能突破酸的痛楚、障礙,達到流汗的過程,發揮抬腳的最終目:抬的愈久,活的愈久。

Just try it if you've got uric acid after all no harm done.


This is a really effective, just mix green papaya cubes to the ordinary green tea, my cousin-brother tried and found it very effective.  I have also shared with a friend with gout to try this (his "toe joints" started to deform), after a week of drinking this formula there is significant improvement, and after two weeks the toe joints heal and revert to normal state.  It is almost three years now, the joint pain is gone, but he maintains the intake between 1-3 times monthly to avoid relapse.

Other friends suffering from years of gout problem have also recovered.  It is good for all, even those without gout.

Cut green papaya into small cubes, place into the water, bring to boil, then add tea leaves, similar to the tea-making process.

Clinical tests show that this brings better effects for treatment of gout, subject to frequent drinking of this formula.

Mr. Liu Qing, Chief of the Rende Town in Tainan, was suffering for years from severe stomach pain around the posterior wall of stomach.  He used green papaya as a tea pot to prepare the family tea daily, after a month, his chronic disease condition was much improved.

His family members with high uric acid were also healed by the same papaya tea.  For this Mr. Liu planted a lot of papaya to share with relatives and friends with similar sickness.  According to Mr. Liu, in selecting the green papaya as tea pot, pick those the shape of which is fat and short, with larger capacity.

Cut off the top part of the papaya, clear away the seeds, open a small hole at the upper side wall to facilitate pouring of tea.

Create a small ventilation hole at top cover, put in the tea leaves, pour in boiling water, place the top cover back onto the papaya, you may also use the toothpicks to secure the top cover.

Similar to normal process of preparing tea.  Liu like to use Oolong tea as the taste is good.  He was pleasantly surprised that the stomach pains he suffered for many years was healed after a month of drinking tea from the green papaya pot, without taking any other medication.


He passed some green papaya leaves to a friend who worked at a Medical Center to test and analyse the content.
The tests confirmed that the healthy enzyme present in papaya is beneficial to human health.


Now as papaya in Mr. Liu's orchard is yielding suitable size fruits, he would share the fruits with family and friends.


Xu Fuchang, an experienced papaya farmer, said green papaya means to unripe papaya, where the skin is still green in colour.  Generally, the papaya takes about four months to fully mature and ripen, but the healing effect would be lost after it is fully ripe.  Green papaya should be harvested when the papaya is approximately three months old, when the fruit is still firm, and the "papaya milk" contains high papaya enzyme and other healthy ingredients.

Not only the green papaya can be used in tea drinking, you may also cut them into cubes, and boil with the ribs, or even slicing the green papaya into fine long pieces and fried with garlic, very tasty, and no adverse effects on the human body.

排除人体“三窝”毒

人体的毒易聚在腋窝、肘窝、膝窝

 俗话说,冬令进补。一进冬天,七叔也备了些人参、灵芝,平时炖鸡炖肉时都会放一些。结果没吃两顿,他就满嘴起疱、喉咙肿痛,都快说不出话来了。

他赶忙来找我:“别人吃都没事,怎麽就我这麽不受补呀?”

我翻开他的手掌一看,指节上佈满了暗紫色的青筋。我说:“原因就在你手上。看到没有,你手掌上有很多明显的青筋,这反映你体内淤滞了很多毒素。毒素在身体裡 占了位置,就什麽也补不进去,所以像你这种情况不要着急进补,先要把身体清理一下。把体内的毒素都排乾淨了,才能补得进去,这叫『欲补先清』。”

七叔说:“嗯,以前听你说过刮痧、拔罐能排毒,我是不是也得用这些方法?”
“这刮痧、拔罐确实是排毒的方法,但都用于大面积的排毒,是泄法。在冬天,人体的气宜藏不宜泄,所以要尽量少做,做多了就会破坏肾的收藏之力,出现肾虚的症状。”

七叔为难地说:“啊?这两招不行,那还有什麽办法呢?”

我笑着说:“当然有办法,而且是既简单又有效的办法。身体内的毒素就像河裡的沙子,都会淤堵在水裡有坑、有窝的地方,所以你经常去拍揉身体上的三个窝就可以排清毒素了。”


揉按腋窝能除心火一 说起腋窝,很多朋友会想到狐臭,那种难闻的气味就是腋窝这口“排污井”所散发出来的。腋窝处的极泉穴是心经的重要穴位,可以祛除心脏的火鬱毒素。所以你应 常常去按揉这个地方,以疏通这口“井”。平时容易犯急、暴躁,这是心火大的表现。揉一揉心窝,打通了心经,人就平静下来了。

心火太旺,多按揉极泉穴以泄火拍打肘窝能除心肺的火气和毒素肘窝是个经络密集的部位,分别有肺经、心包经、心经这三条经络透过,所以按揉这个部位可以排除心肺的火气和毒素。如果你近期出现喉咙肿痛、痰黄气喘、咳嗽咳血、心烦心热、嘴破、失眠多梦等症状,那就是你心肺的火毒壅盛了。

你可以用“朱砂掌”在肘窝这个位置连续拍打5~10分钟。拍完后,肘窝会出现青、红、紫、黑等不同颜色的毒素反应物。1~2周拍一次,可保这口“井”排污通畅。

很多人睡不着,很烦躁,愈烦愈睡不着,在床上翻来覆去。这时候拍一拍肘窝,打通心肺经,你就能睡得安稳了。


膝窝是祛溼毒、排热毒的“关口”在膝窝中点有个重要穴位叫委中穴,走的是膀胱经。膀胱经是人体最大排毒祛溼通道,而委中穴便是这个通道上的“排污口”。

如果排污口被堵住,溼毒、废气排不出去,就会在体内淤化成热毒。热毒在体内待久了,就成了瘤。另外,侵入体内的风、寒、溼等外邪淤在这裡排不出去,就会导致关节炎,可见这个排污口的重要性。所以平时你一定要常清理,方能保证它排毒顺畅,你也才能身心常安。

方法是用朱砂掌连续用力拍打 5~10分钟,直到出现瘀斑、痧点等病理反应。1~2周拍打一次,身体就会透过自我排毒的方式来清除这些毒素和垃圾。另外,你觉得压力很大时,也可以透过拍打这个窝来减压。

经 络在身体内犹如一个城市的下水道,四通八达,联络着每一个脏腑和器官。它将有益的能量输送到身体需要的部位,同时又将人体代谢出来的废物与侵入的外邪及时 疏导出体外。一张张经络图就相当于一个城市的规划图,你循着这张“人体地图”就能找出身体上重要的排污口,及时清理体内的垃圾,实现内在健康。

其实这些排污口很好找,他们有一个共同的特点,就是都“窝”在关节的部位,也就是说,凡是身体上有窝的地方就是毒素淤积的部位,也是身体上的排污口。找到了这些排污口,你就要及时把垃圾都排出去,这样,好的东西才能补得进来。

Jogging Secrets Revealed

Jogging may be considered as a sports-oriented exercise for healthy people only. Today, I am going to tell you that jogging rejuvenates your brain and I recommend a very simple, easy, and fun jogging tips applicable to small schoolchildren to very old senior citizens as a health-building exercise.
Jogging is just like a miracle magic—drink well, eat well, chat and talk well, and run well. Jogging is generally considered to build leg muscles and burns excess fats. My answer is “Yes” for sports-oriented people, and “No” to common people.
Here is a type of jogging that I've learned from some traditional healers. It was tested scientifically by renowned doctors that can benefit people of all ages. An easy jogging is an important factor for common people to enjoy and continue doing it. This traditional form of jogging can reduce blood sugar, blood pressure, urine acidity, increase brain functions, and many other benefits that you can achieve.
What form of jogging is this? It is as simple as not using your “thigh muscles” when jogging.

Leg MusclesJogging
If you do not use your thigh muscles, you can run as long and as far as you want. You won't get tired at all. Besides, lactic acid won't increase as you might think!
So how can you jog without using your thigh muscles? The answer...run slowly. Slow jogging is the ultimate answer! Jog for 4–5 kilometers or 3 miles per hour. Yes, it seems like walking but don't walk. Jogging at the speed of walking is the secret!
Jogging consumes about twice more energy than walking. It means that if you jog slowly for 20 minutes a day, you can burn as much as 6 kilograms or 13 pounds of fats.
Scientific analysis shows that slow jogging increases capillary blood vessels around the interior muscles. The increased size and vascularization of blood vessels would result in more oxygen and blood that are provided to the muscles. This means that you will be more capable of running in longer duration. Slow jogging can also burn sugar and fat efficiently.
Slow jogging reduces stress, so you won't get angry easily. Less stress improves brain functions. In fact, brain analysis shows that functions of the brain as well as its size are growing dramatically in less stressful environment. Yes, slow jogging can help prevent diseases of elderly people such as Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and of course, it helps increase the learning capability of young generations.

Tips for Slow Jogging

  • Square up.
  • Slightly bend your head forward.
  • Just press your foot forward.
  • Smile and chat while jogging.
  • Jog for about 10 minutes 3 times a day, or 30 minutes per day.

As soon as this article was posted, we suddenly receive overwhelming e-mails especially from young athletes, elderly people, and sickly people, who are eager to know more about jogging.
The most common question was on how to reduce loads to the hip and knee. To do this, just keep in mind that the stepping distance should be short and avoid making loud sound of shoes. With these two simple techniques, your jogging will improve two to three times better.
Questions like 'how to avoid getting tired or how to keep jogging long every day especially for overweight or obese people', and 'are there any alternative methods of jogging without running inside the house or for bedridden', were also brought up.
Yes, there are easy ways to achieve these. Can you believe that these are as good as outdoor jogging? Of course, we have done medical and scientific researches and recorded the results since several years ago.

As you can see from the illustrations above, simply do up and down steps for about 10 minutes, 3 times a day, for beginners. With this step exercise, 50 volunteers suffering from metabolic syndrome lost about 2.5 kilograms (5.5 lbs.) of weight and reduced waist size of 5 cm (2 inches) less, in just less than two months. Apart from that, visceral fats reduced 18%. Isn't that great?
This simple exercise may eliminate the use of cane by elderly people, because it will make your bone structure strong, and may also get rid of lower back pain.
Remember, don't rush! If you are just starting, begin from a very slow motion. You can gradually increase the speed of your up and down step until you can do around 80 times per minute. Probably, 10 minutes per session and 2–3 times a day.
However, it does not mean that you have to do it 80 times per minute. It will also depend on your age and physical condition. Of course, this is not the equivalent of jogging outdoors but it will help a lot for people who cannot do it outdoors.
After jogging or after doing strenuous exercises your lactic acid in the blood increases. However, if you continue jogging slowly or slowly doing up and down steps for several days, you will notice no tiredness and the lactic acid in your blood reduces more than 20%. A good rule of thumb for the speed of jogging is that you should be able to talk to each other while jogging.
