命运就是时空

命是长短,运是好坏。有命才有运,有运命不同。命是长短,则长命为要,运是好坏,则好运为佳。命长非长,是感觉长,运好非好,是感觉好。命运好坏非是命运,而是感觉。感是心之感,觉是灵在觉。心灵觉悟,才有真情实感,才知命运在心。

命是时间,运是空间。时间是过去、未来、现在。空间是环境、别人、自己。过去无法修补,若登岸小舟,已随流而去。未来难以攀援,如远望高山,只遥见云端。唯有现在,呼吸之间,身心同感。这就是命。

‘环境’难以改变,如王屋二山,谁将它推转,‘别人’无法强求,如合奏配乐,一任其调弦。只有自己,天人合体,浑然一气,这就是运。

知命是时间,就让时间延伸,知运是空间,就让空间扩展,自由自在,就是最好的命运。

知命就聚焦现在,则命真实清晰,知运就依靠自己,则运亨通便利。福德需时间累积,是命的根基。风水是空间转换,是运的翅膀。知命则福德自生,因为命就是福德。知运则风水自转,因为运就是风水。

命运可以知晓,命运可以转变,命运可以自我陶铸。只在一念之间。

这一念就是当下,这一念就是自强。

不瞻前,不顾后,活在当下,不怨天,不尤人,自强不息。

What You Should Know About Osteoporosis

When you say "osteoporosis", we immediately think it is caused by lack of calcium. Doctors will recommend you to take more calcium, vitamin D, and sun exposure or sunbath.

However, the latest findings in various hospitals show that the majority of osteoporosis patients are not caused by lack of calcium. Their bones are complete and absorbing calcium. So what is wrong with them? CT scan results show no signs of osteoporosis, yet, the patients easily suffer from bone fractures. What's going on?

Here, we came to know about a new strain of osteoporosis that was discovered since about two years ago.

The most common type of bone fracture nowadays is "spinal fracture". If spinal fracture occurs, the risk of death is eight times higher than any other type of bone fractures.

What is the reason that bones are weakening? Why do patients suffer from broken spine?

It is an important factor to have bone strength, not just bone density. Bone collagen connective tissues are also an important factor to create flexibility. Many of us didn't realize this at first sight. In the past, osteoporosis was viewed more on bone strength, and we never hear and realize about these connective tissues. To improve bone density, it's a common knowledge to do regular exercise and have a higher calcium intake like by eating calcium-rich dried fishes.

But now, we have to think of a new measure to maintain bone collagen connective tissues to have enough flexibility. From this simple measure, you may escape from the risk of death caused by fracture of spinal bones.

To measure or determine strong bone and bone mineral density are not as easy as what you may think. Clinically, it has to pass various tests.

Well, what is the major cause that leads to reduction of bone collagen connective tissues? Do you believe that it is because of high blood sugar?

The major component of bone, which is about one half of its structure, is calcium, and collagen is the other half. Collagen fibres run through hundreds of bone materials (calcium), and the bones that we know are made. You can imagine that the bone materials (calcium) are somewhat bonded by collagen and kept with reasonable flexibility. However, when blood sugar increases, the collagen will be joined as if there is an adhesive cement around, and the bone will become brittle.

To avoid the increase of blood sugar, exercise is one of the best things to do. Aside from it, we recommend you to take a balanced diet that contains vitamin B12 and vitamin B6, and foods such as mackerel, sardines, clams, folic acid, broccoli, spinach, garland chrysanthemum, soybeans, and asparagus. By taking these foods, you can have strong flexible bones.

3 Common Myths on Osteoporosis

1. Myth: Young people should not worry about osteoporosis.

Wrong. You will not realize that you have osteoporosis until you have this condition in advanced stages. That is why it is very important to begin proper nutrition and regular exercise as early as childhood to promote healthy bones.

2. Myth: Only women get osteoporosis.

Wrong. Although less common, men can get osteoporosis, too. 20% of those affected by osteoporosis are men.

3. Myth: Drinking plenty of milk will help you prevent osteoporosis.

Not entirely true. Even though drinking milk is a good way to get calcium, it is not the only factor in preventing osteoporosis. There are others as mentioned in this article.

癌症的病人,只要脾、肝、大腸、腎,四個功能恢復,就能永遠離開癌症、糖尿病、心臟病、高血壓。

癌症不是單一的,要考慮整體。
如果癌症只是一個腫瘤就好辦了,所以過去我們在醫學上犯了一個很大的錯誤,就是只看到這個腫瘤,然後就想,我怎麼把它殺掉,所以用手術把它割掉,用化療去 毒它,用放射線去照它、燒它,反正用各種方法把它殺掉就好,然後藥越用越重,真的把它殺掉,癌細胞死了,人也死了。

脾一定要先恢復
脾一定要先恢復,每天三餐五穀雜糧一定要佔總飲食的50%,一定要養成這個習慣。雜糧就是紅豆、黃豆、綠豆、薏仁,這些都是雜糧類,蓮子也很好,有了這個概念之後,脾好肝就好。

脾在造血,一天有兩個重要的時間,就是子時和午時,所以你該休息的時候一定要休息。

現在的人大部分都是肝不好,為什麼不好?
晚睡、吃油炸的東西、壞脾氣,這三個正是肝的三大剋星。油包肝,你吃油的東西,油把整個肝包住,肝的功能完全喪失了,所以我們不要吃得太油。當我們身體感覺不適的時候,疾病在糾正人的過失,用身體的痛苦管教他,有痛苦的時候,代表我們要改變。

大腸要恢復好
每天早上,你上廁所感覺很困難,這個表示什麼?你身體纖維素攝取量完全不足,為什麼美國得大腸癌比例那麼高,中國大陸沿海地區得大腸癌的人那麼多。中國的 內地平常研究發現,根本沒有腸癌,因為每天上廁所都很順,一坐下去,噗隆,噗隆噗隆!每條都像香蕉,好漂亮!而且排列整齊。

如果你上廁所有困難,這表示什麼?萬病之源,都是從你的大腸不能正常排泄開始。
你如果大腸很好的時候,你早上應該不是自己醒過來,而是被大腸的蠕動叫醒,大腸蠕動在叫你了,為什麼?因為5到7點就是大腸最活躍的時間,所以為什麼我們告訴癌症病人一定要9點睡,因為你的大腸早上6點到7點的時候自然就會蠕動,叫你起床,蹲馬桶了。

你一天要上幾次廁所才夠?

請記住:如果四、五天才上一次廁所,叫重度便秘;兩三天上一次廁所,這個叫中度便秘;一天上一次廁所,叫輕度便秘。怎樣才是最健康,最正常?就是每天吃幾 頓飯就上幾次廁所,這個叫健康,而且每次坐下去,兩三分鐘就解決。食物進入體內12小時,沒有排出去,就會形成毒素。因為毒素沒有排出去,我們的大腸壁就 會吸收這個毒素,吸收以後,透過靜脈又送回肝臟去,糟糕了!造成肝虧損,這個問題就很嚴重了。

肝不好跟大腸有直接關聯,只要大腸一通順,肝好了,免疫系統也跟著恢復,而且送到心臟的血都是乾淨的,所以什麼病都不容易罹患。

當一個人感覺到每天很容易疲倦、很容易累,表示你的肝功能已經出現問題了,血已經沒有辦法回流到肝!

你身體健康靠的是什麼?

睡眠的時間,脾去收集血液,送到肝臟去解毒,解毒以後,乾淨的血液送到心臟去,心臟再送到全身,就能獲得營養,就能獲得健康。
很不幸的是,現代很多人脾已經先出現問題,脾本身就不收集血液。只有一個辦法最養脾,五穀最養脾,可是現代身體為什麼都這麼差,身體這麼多病?因為都不吃 五穀雜糧,吃漢堡、炸雞、牛排、薯條,又吃白米,所以你要吃上帝原始所創造的食物,一定要吃五穀雜糧,原始的雜糧,比如糙米。

流汗是排肺毒最好的方法,所以一定要想辦法流汗,尤其是天氣炎熱的時候,因為天氣炎熱就是要讓我們流汗。可是現代人一感覺到炎熱就躲到房間,打開冷氣,流 汗的機會自然變少了,身體怎麼會好?現在的人呼吸系統普遍不好,就是經常待在冷氣房,流汗的機會減少了,肺毒不容易排出去。所以,千萬不要排斥流汗,否則 呼吸系統的毒排不出去,將造成身體的傷害。

流汗以後一定要喝水,而且不要等到口渴再喝,想到就喝,養成喝水的習慣,坐下來就喝水,不斷地上廁所,這樣可以把腎臟刷洗乾淨。喝水很重要,尤其早上起床 後,還沒有刷牙前,先喝下500-600cc,能讓你整夜凝結的美好唾液,通過胃與腸道,把累積在大腸幾十年的宿便排出來,感覺非常好!

要空腹吃水果!

要空腹吃水果!水果很快就會通過胃,經過小腸,大部分都在小腸吸收。如果我們飯後才吃水果,胃已經塞滿東西,水果根本無法通過胃部,經過一段時間,水果就會酸掉、臭掉、腐化,於是引發許多消化系統的問題。所以一定要養成空腹吃水果的習慣。

壓力處理得宜,會變成一種動力,產生生命的活力。壓力如果一直持續增加,會使得腎上腺、荷爾蒙出現很大的問題,引發免疫系統方面的疾病,問題就非常嚴重了。

大部分的憂鬱症都是有很大的壓力突然來到,沒有辦法轉化。我們所處的社會上,壓力一定存在,不可能沒有任何壓力。我們活在這個世界周遭所有的人事物都會對 我們產生影響,所以我們如何讓它變成正面、積極的影響。而且使我們面臨的壓力都轉化成生命的動力,就會越活越好。
壓力來自於遇到很多的困難,所以我們要學習把困難改變。一講困難,就真的很困難。遇到困難的時候,不要講困難,要把困難講成挑戰,重要的是我們遇到的事 情,做出什麼反應。人生90%是決定於你所做出的反應,不是決定於你所遇到的事。成功的企業跟倒閉的企業,成功的人生跟失敗的人生,他們所遇到的困難、挫 折、挑戰都差不多,差別在於如何做出回應而已。

跟壓力關係最大的是癌症,得癌症前六個月,幾乎都有重大的壓力事件發生。癌症復發的,也都幾乎在半年或一年之間有重大事件發生。壓力最普遍的現象就是加重 消化系統的疾病。壓力一旦無法轉換,會從生理表現出來,現代文明病絕對不是單一因素所造成,尤其不是病毒或細菌所造成。
糖尿病、心臟病、高血壓、癌症、氣喘、過敏,用藥物控制是一點用都沒有。因為它是綜合性的併發症,它的引爆點就是壓力。跟飲食習慣、生活習慣、生活環境息息相關。它是一個長久累積形成得病的體質,等到一個重要事件打擊,終於生病。

第一、要學會放鬆
當你感到壓力來臨的時候,要學會放鬆。我發現幾個方法很有效,呼吸可以影響腦波的頻率,腦波的頻率可以影響心跳的速度,心跳的速度又可以影響肌肉鬆緊度。 這種方式也治療過口吃的病人。你也可以自己練習搓動雙手,用這個方法很有效,可以幫助整個人的氣血回流,體力和精力可很快的充滿。

第二、 就是運動
第二個有效紓解壓力的方法就是運動,讓你整個人震動或舞動,很快就可以提振精神,最好有個規律性的運動,因為運動是紓解壓力最好的方法。另外,每天赤腳在草地上走,就可以釋放壓力。

第三、睡眠
第三就是睡眠,睡眠是非常好的方法。但是,現代人普遍睡不好覺。睡眠品質越好,壓力釋放的速度越快。可是不要等全身非常累了再去睡,很容易睡不著;很累還睡不好,表示肝已經嚴重受損。

第四、休息

第四就是休息,休息和睡眠不同,休息是脫離原來的工作,轉換一個場景。舉例,吃飯的時候不要在原來的辦公桌吃。不要到外面吃,浪費時間,而且外面很多都是 癌症食品。儘量帶便當,比較節省時間,吃完之後,留15分鐘來做和上班無關的事。剩下來的時間做腹式呼吸,透過呼吸來放鬆。

第五、不吃高壓力食物

第五是飲食,不要吃高壓力的食物,有刺激性的食物都是高壓力食物,越吃這些食物,會使交感神經亢進,有時會刺激身體所有的功能處於警戒狀態。什麼是高壓力食物?可樂、汽水、咖啡、茶、酒精、香煙、乳製品、肉製品,所有的肉,尤其是經過油處理的肉的壓力是最大的。

什麼食物會使心情愉快?聖經創世紀第1章29節:上帝說:「看哪,我將遍地上一切結種子的菜蔬,和一切樹上結有殼的果子全賜給你們做食物了。」讓心情愉快最重要的食物,蔬菜、水果、五穀雜糧。

飲食中一個重要的東西可以減輕壓力,就是水。喝水可以減輕壓力,喝好水可以釋放壓力。

第六、曬太陽

第六個釋放壓力的方法是曬太陽,聖經上常講到,日光有治療的功效。很多憂鬱症患者都不愛曬太陽,平常多曬太陽,身體的抗體會增加。

【 每一天把握三個時辰喝水 】

此外,有一個很有趣的現象是,現代人不太愛喝水,但多數人卻認為自己已經喝得夠多了,原來是他們把咖啡、果汁和碳酸飲料等也算進去了。尤其咖啡和茶都有利尿作用,容易造成水分大量流失,所以喜歡喝咖啡、茶的人,喝水得比一般人還多才行。

每一天把握三個時辰喝水,保證病痛至少好一半以上。

一、就是早上起床後喝500cc,

二、下午3點鐘喝500cc,

三、晚上9點再喝500cc。

不要等到口渴才喝。

怎樣才算睡眠足夠?如何睡好眠?

1. 固定時間入眠

每晚大概約10時,最慢11時入睡,如此一來早上6時左右便會自然醒過來。早睡早起型的人,睡眠一般非常規律,有足夠深沈睡眠的時間,讓身體徹底休息。這是最標準又健康的一種生活型態。

2. 佈置睡眠環境

人腦深處隱藏著一種形似豌豆狀的巧妙腺體,稱為「松果體」,它掌管人體的生理時鐘。松果體在維持人類睡眠機能的正常運作中扮演著重要的角色,它會在適當的 時候分泌出一種稱為「褪黑激素」 (Melatonin)的神秘賀爾蒙。褪黑激素分泌多的時候,自然我們就會想睡覺;而褪黑激素分泌少的時候,我們自然就會醒過來。松果體被喻為人體的「第 三只眼睛」,原因是松果體含了與眼睛相似的色素細胞,對光具有同樣的敏感度,它會根據接收到的光量多少,來決定褪黑激素的分泌量。當我們的眼睛感應不到光 線的時候,便會傳達命令到松果體分泌褪黑激素,讓我們進入睡眠。所以如果非要點燈的話,位置最好在低於床的位置以下,避免眼睛接觸到光線。

3. 運用腹式呼吸

一般我們呼吸是利用肺,它是淺、短的呼吸。而腹式呼吸則是深、沈的呼吸,例如吐納功。吸氣時,鼻子吸氣嘴巴閉氣,將腹部充滿氣,吐氣時則相反,以嘴部吐氣 而不從鼻子吐氣,氣一定要吐到盡頭。這樣的呼吸法,不僅在運動時使用,在平時更可利用這樣的方式吐納。特別是有恐懼焦慮病症的患者。

4. 睡前2小時不飲食

飲食和睡眠的關係密切,有時候睡前喝過咖啡,於是眼睜睜坐到天亮;有時候吃得太飽的話,又會發惡夢;有時候空著肚子睡覺,整晚又會輾轉難眠。最好在睡前2∼3小時就完全停止一切飲食。

5. 保持愉快的心情

失眠的眾多原因之中,以心理因素最是普遍。只要精神鬆弛下來,自然可以輕易入睡。因為緊張而無法入睡的人,通常都被「我為什麼總是睡不著?」這念頭所困擾。有些人一上床便不斷強逼自己必須入睡,弄得精神非常緊張,如此當然不可能入睡了。


【健康的要件】

第一:正確的飲食醫治身體的疾病。
第二:適當的運動。
第三:充足的睡眠,健康的根基在充足的睡眠。
第四:生活上的規律與節奏。
第五:接受陽光的能。
第六:新鮮的空氣。
第七:無毒生命水。

这样说,所谓有修养,是从表面来观察。很多人心念很急很乱,一时放不下心来,在练功中,最关心的问题总是显得突出,念念不忘,特别是有关个人利益的 事,杂念就更多,一时不能排除杂念,有杂念就静不下来。也有因病重,痛苦较重而影响清静的,这种人除练功按入静方法锻炼外,也可用药物帮助治疗,慢慢就会下来。

Curry, the new weapon in the war on Alzheimer's

It probably won't be our main priority when deciding what takeaway to order.

But curries – so often criticised by advocates of healthy eating – may protect against Alzheimer's disease.

Eating a curry two or three times a week could help prevent the onset of Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia, an expert said yesterday.
According to Professor Murali Doraiswamy, the magic ingredient is curcumin, a component of the spice turmeric.

Curcumin prevents the spread of harmful amyloid plaques found in the brain of Alzheimer's sufferers, he said.

These plaques are thought to play a key role in symptoms such as memory loss and mental impairment.

Professor Doraiswamy, who grew up in the southern Indian city of Madras, which is famous for its fiery curries, said: 'There is very solid evidence that curcumin binds to plaques, and basic research on animals engineered to produce human amyloid plaques has shown benefits.

'Turmeric has been studied not just in Alzheimer's research but for a variety of conditions, such as cancer and arthritis.

Turmeric is often referred to as the spice of life in ancient Indian medical lore.' A trial is under way at the University of California, Los Angeles, to test curcumin's effects in Alzheimer's patients and specifically on amyloid plaque proteins.

Similar research is about to start at Southampton University, although some British experts suggested that large amounts of curry would have to be eaten to counteract some of the brain changes that are characteristic of Alzheimer's.

Professor Doraiswamy, of the Department of Psychiatry, at Duke University Medical Centre, in Durham, North Carolina, said human studies will build on laboratory research.

He told delegates at the Royal College of Psychiatrists' annual meeting in Liverpool: 'You can modify a mouse so that at about 12 months its brain is riddled with plaques. If you feed the rodent a curcuminrich diet it dissolves these plaques.'

He added: 'Studies looking at populations show that people who eat a curry meal two or three times a week seem to have a lower risk for dementia.' Turmeric is also found in mustard and Professor Doraiswamy predicted a day when those unable, or unwilling, to eat curries might be advised to take a daily 'curry pill'.

腎臟是身體新陳代謝、排除廢物、排毒的重要器官。

全身的血液每小時經過腎臟二十次,血液裡新陳代謝的廢物透過腎臟過濾變成尿、排出體外。

腎臟功能失調會引起腰酸背痛、水腫、血液中有尿毒、高血壓、尿道發炎、疲倦、失眠、耳鳴、脫髮、視力模糊、反應遲鈍、情緒低落、恐懼感,甚至神經錯亂。

任何進入身體的飲料、食物、空氣和情緒壓力所產生的毒素都會經過腎臟,如果污染物質太多,造成腎臟負擔太重,短期也許會出現阻塞、發炎現象,長期則有結石、功能衰退、血液不乾淨等各種毛病,最嚴重情況要靠人工洗腎清除血液污染,不然會有生命危險。

腎的日常保養 「預防勝於治療」。注意保健,避免對腎臟的傷害才是上上之策。

造成腎臟失調的主要原因有下:

1. 食用過多的動物性高蛋白質食物,產生過多尿酸,讓腎臟工作過量。

2. 工作過勞,壓力太大,沒有充分的休閒。

3. 服用西藥,如消炎止痛藥、抗生素等。

4. 環境污染:水源、土壤、空氣、噪音。

5. 飲用酒、咖啡、汽水、冰冷飲料過多。

6. 潮濕寒冷的天氣。

7. 飲水不夠。

要保護腎臟就要減少以上的傷害,多喝水,多吃/喝漿果類--如草莓、蔓越莓(cranberry 小紅莓)、藍莓、覆盆子(raspberry)、西瓜、檸檬等水果/汁,攝取植物性蛋白質,規律運動,清淡的天然飲食,充分的休息,開朗的心情,避免腰部受寒,常用手擦熱按摩腰部,達到強腎的功效。

檸檬養腎法: 除此之外,善用檸檬,對腎臟尤其好處多多,同時還可強化肝臟:

1. 溫檸檬汁保養腎臟每日起床後鮮榨一個檸檬,加入一杯200CC溫開水調和(可加少許天然海鹽、口感更滑潤順口),空腹慢慢喝下,可以清潔腎臟,也可通大小便。

2. 檸檬汁排腎結石將12個新鮮檸檬榨汁(要喝之前再榨汁、現榨現喝),加入適量溫開水調和(可加少許天然海鹽、口感更滑潤順口),連續喝七天(一天一打檸檬喝7 天、其餘飲食照舊)。細小的砂石就會由尿道排出。排出的時候,會有刺痛的感覺;如果腎結石很大,已經造成發炎疼痛,可以喝小紅莓汁來消炎止痛。

Coffee: Drink to Your Health

For many years, coffee was considered a vice, linked with sleepless nights and cigarettes. But scientists have discovered that coffee contains potent antioxidants that can fight numerous ailments, including heart disease and diabetes. According to the American Coffee Association, 54 percent of Americans drink coffee on a daily basis, and they drink, on average, over three cups each.

Most studies examined the effects of caffeinated coffee. When decaffeinated coffee was included, the benefits were usually reduced.

The diseases coffee can benefit include:

Dementia. Drinking moderate amounts of coffee during middle age — classified as three to five cups daily — can decrease the risk of dementia by 65 percent, according to a 2009 study by Swedish and Finnish researchers.

Liver disease. In those who drink too much alcohol, those who drank the most coffee — more than four cups every day — reduced their risk of developing alcoholic cirrhosis by 80 percent.

Heart disease. Research associated with The Nurses' Health Study found that women who drank two to three cups of coffee daily had a 25 percent lower risk of dying from heart disease. Along the same line, a Spanish study found that men who drank more than five cups of coffee each day lowered their risk of dying from heart disease by 44 percent, and that women who drank four to five cups each day reduced their risk by 34 percent.

Prostate cancer. A recent study from Harvard Medical School found that men who drank the most coffee slashed their risk of developing the fastest growing and most difficult to treat prostate cancers by more than half when compared to men who drank no coffee.

Gout. Drinking four or more cups of coffee each day dramatically reduces the incidence of gout, say U.S. and Canadian researchers. Men who drank four to five cups daily lowered their risk by 40 percent, and those who drank six or more cups daily reduced their risk of developing gout by 59 percent when compared to men who didn't drink coffee.

Breast cancer. Coffee can either reduce the risk of developing breast cancer or delay its onset, according to Swedish studies. They found that coffee alters a woman's metabolism and produces a safer balance of estrogens. Women who drank two to three cups of coffee a day reduced their cancer risk by as much as two-thirds, depending on the specific type of breast cancer.

Diabetes. Enjoying six or more cups of coffee daily can cut chances of Type 2 diabetes by 54 percent in men and 30 percent in women over those who don't drink coffee.

Parkinson's disease. Several studies show that drinking coffee lowers a man's risk of developing Parkinson's up to 80 percent — and the more the better.

Colon cancer. A Japanese report found that women who drank three or more cups of coffee every day slashed their risk of developing colon cancer in half.

What's responsible for coffee's healthy benefits? Most researchers believe it's the antioxidants (polyphenols or flavonoids) in coffee, but there are hundreds of compounds in coffee that may be partially responsible.
