人參補陰
小心愈補愈糟

「醫師,我最近覺得很疲倦,平時又怕冷,可不可以吃人參來補一補?」人參是大家耳熟能詳的一味中藥,燉補藥膳或養生茶飲常會見到它。一般民眾以為人參補陽氣,此觀念並不正確。

漢代經典醫書《傷寒論》中的用藥法則,一直指導著中醫臨床,這也是中醫稱為「漢醫」的由來。此書中使用人參的時機有三,即「汗」、「吐」、「下」過度,此三種情形皆呈現「體液流失過多」的現象。

●流汗太多:如在大太陽底下或悶熱的環境中工作,揮汗如雨,此嚴重者有熱衰竭之虞。又如吃退燒藥而發汗太多者,或產婦生產過程中,出汗太多者。

●嘔吐過度:如妊娠嘔吐、感冒嘔吐、霍亂嘔吐、食物中毒嘔吐等,凡嘔吐次數多(甚者一天逾10次)、嘔吐量大者。

●腹瀉頻繁:如腸胃型感冒腹瀉、霍亂腹瀉、食物中毒腹瀉等,導致拉肚子次數多(甚者一天逾10次),或不明原因的長期慢性腹瀉者。

中醫認為,人體的各種津液屬「陰」,稱為「陰液」,故體液流失過多會造成「陰虛」,而出現「口渴」欲飲水、「脈弱」無力的情況,舌診則呈現「舌乾無津」、「苔燥或無苔」之象。

為使民眾易於明瞭與記憶,可將人參的作用比喻為西醫的「打點滴」,藉以補充流失的體液,以恢復電解質的平衡。

若從事靜態活動,或常置身於冷氣房的人,實在沒有吃人參的必要;若見怕冷、手腳冰冷,就想用人參「補一補」陽氣,就犯了「陰陽不分」的大忌,可能會愈補愈糟糕。

上述两种病患者均可以学练鹤功,但必须有教师辅导,对气冲病灶要有足够的估计。站桩时要加强指导,发现问题,随时解决,要事先告诉患者,气冲病灶是正常现象,特别是癫痫病的病人可能在练功中病情发作三五次,如果讲清原因和指导得当,可能少发作几次,要注意练功场地平坦宽敞,有人护理。

Brain surgeon Dr Charlie Teo's advices

Take heed on this simple note. It not much to do but rather helping you to have a longer life or stay healthy.

BRAIN cancer surgeon Charlie Teo has urged people to put mobile phones on loudspeaker, move clock radios to the foot of the bed and wait until microwaves have finished beeping before opening them.

The controversial Sydney specialist told a Melbourne fundraiser that although the jury was still out on mobile phones and other forms of electromagnetic radiation, we should not take risks.

"Even though the jury's not in, just to err on the side of safety I would try and limit the amount of electromagnetic radiation that you're exposed to," he said.

"The American government, for example, recommend that all electrical appliances should be put at the foot of the bed and not the head of the bed.

"Electric blankets should be turned off before you get in bed and definitely wait for those five beeps before you open the microwave.

"With the mobile phone I encourage you to put it on loudspeaker and step outside rather than sticking it up to your brain."

Dr Teo, who tackles tumours other surgeons deem inoperable, said some hair dyes, particularly red, could also cause brain cancer in people with a predisposition.

"The body needs some genetic predisposition. The hair dye, the mobile phone, they're just catalysts but you probably need some sort of genetic aberration to get the cancer in the first place," he said.

Fast cancers

Dr Teo, who stars in Channel Seven's Last Chance Surgery, was in Melbourne last week for the Blackwood8 fundraiser at Croydon golf club.

The group was founded by family and friends of Sally White, a patient of Dr Teo's whose outlook has improved dramatically.

Dr Teo said while breast cancer doubled its cell numbers in weeks or months, the quickest brain cancers took just 16 hours.

No age group was immune and the incidence of brain tumours was growing.

"It's increasing in frequency both in this country and developing countries and it used to be ranked out of the top 10 but it's just joined the top 10 most common cancers," he said.

Recent studies have raised alarm bells about mobile phones.

An unreleased World Health Organisation study reportedly found "a significantly increased risk" of some brain tumours related to use of mobile phones for 10 years or more.

A Suleyman Demirel University study in Turkey also found wearing a mobile phone on your belt may lead to decreased bone density in an area of the pelvis commonly used for bone grafts.

Dr Teo said there had been some advancements in treating tumours, like microwave therapy and putting chemotherapy directly into a tumour. A healthy diet, meditation and positive thought could also be beneficial.

"We believe that they probably boost the immune system," he said.

Dr Teo's tips to reduce brain tumour risks

- Get eight hours sleep a night and eat well to boost your immune system
- Keep electrical appliances like clock radios at the foot of the bed
- Turn electric blankets off before retiring
- Put mobile phones on hands-free
- Wait until the microwave finishes beeping before opening it

患腰椎间盘突出症及颈椎病可否练鹤功?

这两种病人均可以练此功,但是必须严格按功理、功法和注意事项去练,否则就可以发生不应发生的问题。如第一种病人要注意在第一节功中的通地合阴的动作,动作要慢、要准,意念要正确。第二种病人要注意在第三节动功中的引颈、摆头的动作,要慢、要准,意念要配合好,就能产生治疗效果。

为防止发生偏差,要练完五节动功后,再在老师指导下练站桩。总之,这两种病人要动作特别准确,意念正确才行。

人 生 都 在 學 做 人

星雲大師有一位徒弟,台大畢業後,到夏威夷讀碩士, 又到耶魯讀博士,花了好多年的時間, 終於得到博士,非常歡喜。

有一天他回來,對星雲說:「師父,我現在得到博士學位了,以後要再學習什麼呢?」

星雲說:「學習
。」 學習做人是一輩子的事,沒有辦法畢業的。

星雲覺得人生,不管是士農工商、各種人等,只要學習就有進步,今天要跟大家分享需要學習的事。

第一、「學習認錯」
人常常不肯認錯,凡事都說是別人的錯,認為自己才是對的,其實不認錯就是一個錯。認錯的對象可以是父母、朋友、社會大眾、佛祖, 甚至向兒女或是對我不好的人認錯,自己不但不會少了什麼,反而顯得你有度量。 學習認錯是美好的,是一個大修行。

第二、「學習柔和」。
人的牙齒是硬的,舌頭是軟的,到了人生的最後, 牙齒都掉光了,舌頭卻不會掉,所以要柔軟,人生才能長久,硬反而吃虧。 心地柔軟了,是修行最大的進步。 一般形容執著的人說,你的心、你的性格很冷、很硬, 像鋼鐵一樣。如果我們像禪門說的調息、調身、調心,慢慢調伏像野馬、像猴子的這顆心,令它柔軟, 人生才能活得更快樂、更長久。

第三、「學習生忍」。
這世間就是忍一口氣,風平浪靜,退一步海闊天空; 忍,萬事都能消除。忍就是會處理、 會化解, 用智慧、能力讓大事化小、小事化無。 各位要生活、要生存、要生命,有了忍, 可以認清世間的好壞、善惡、是非,甚至接受它。

第四、「學習溝通」。
缺乏溝通,就會產生是非、爭執與誤會。 現在中國大陸、香港和台灣, 兩岸三地最重要的就是溝通, 相互了解、相互體諒、相互幫助, 大家都是龍兄虎弟,互相爭執、不溝通怎麼能和平呢?

第五、「學習放下」。
人生像一只皮箱,需要用的時候提起, 不用的時就把它放下,應放下的時候,卻不放下, 就像拖著沉重的行李,無法自在。人生的歲月有限,認錯、尊重、包容才能讓人接受, 放下才自在啊!

第六、「學習感動」。
我們看到人家得好處,要歡喜; 看到好人好事,要能感動。感動是一個愛心、菩薩心、菩提心, 在我幾十年的歲月裡,有許多事情、語言感動了我, 所以我也很努力的想辦法讓別人感動。

第七、「學習生存」。
為了生存,我要維護身體健康, 身體健康不但對自己有利,也讓朋友、家人放心, 所以也是孝親的行為。

鹤功对治疗癌症是否把握?

Our Body Can Heal Itself

The Most Important Thing I Ever Learned About Health


The most important thing I ever learned about staying healthy came to me late in life.

It wasn't a formula or a therapy. It wasn't even advice in the formal sense of the word. The most profound lesson I ever learned came to me after years and years of reading about the human body and how it works. It came to me after consulting with some of the best doctors in the business, including Dr. Robert Atkins and, more recently, Dr. Al Sears.

My realization was at once striking and obvious. And I never looked at health or medicine the same way again.

What was my big realization?

The human body is designed to renew and perfect itself. It does this every second of every day, so long as we are living. If we don't damage it too much and let it do what it wants to do, we can be healthy.

This is a very different idea than the one I had for most of my life. My old perspective, which I got from reading newspapers and watching television, was that the body starts out perfect -- but over time, it breaks down and eventually falls apart.

I used to think of the body as a machine -- like a car that needed maintenance. And doctors were the mechanics that could keep us running and fix our parts when they went bad.

But now I know that the mechanical metaphor is misleading. It is the reason we are willing -- even eager -- to run to a doctor when something feels wrong. But I've come to understand that doctors play only a very small role in healing. More than 90 percent of it is done naturally, by our own bodies -- with or without the intervention of doctors and the medicines they prescribe.
If you bruise your elbow or cut your finger, what happens? In a few days, the bruise or cut heals. You don't have to take a pill to get better. Your body takes care of itself. Damaged skin is replaced by new skin. And the new skin is healthy. It is perfect.

The same is true when you break a bone. Once it's put back into position, the bone will heal itself. And when it does, the brand-new bone is stronger than the bone it replaced.

As I said, the body wants to renew itself -- and will do so as long as it is allowed.

Your body's drive to heal and renew itself continues constantly. People in their eighties and older can grow new skin, bones, and muscle. They can defeat colds and the flu. They can even defeat the deadliest diseases.

I am not suggesting that we are designed to live forever. In fact, we are designed to die. But I do think we can live a very long and healthy life -- into our mid to late eighties -- if we give the body the natural nutrition it needs to heal itself.

If you read enough about how the body works, it's hard to come to any other conclusion. Yet this idea -- that the body has the natural ability to perfect itself -- is anathema to the medical and drug industries.

They survive on the idea that the body is a machine -- that it breaks down and needs mechanical intervention to be repaired. Intervention that is, for the most part, one of the world's greatest con games.

The business of medicine is very large and very powerful. How big is it? I have access to financial analysts that most people don't have. I asked one of them to tally up its true size, including hospital billings, pharmaceutical sales, outpatient clinics, and so on. The number he gave me was even higher than I suspected: $4.5 trillion a year, about half of it contributed by the U.S.

Does it surprise you, then, to hear me suggest that all this money has resulted in a business whose primary goal is to make you think that you are sick?

And that's not the end of it. The medical industry is in collusion with the food industry, the manufacturers of the "fuel" our bodies consume. So much of what we are told to eat by doctors and by our government is based on the results of studies financed by the food industry itself -- including the big companies that tout the advantages of all sorts of unnatural foods that continue to stress our natural bodies.

There is a great book on this subject written by Dr. Norton M. Hadler. Dr. Hadler is professor of Medicine and Microbiology/Immunology, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and attending rheumatologist, University of North Carolina Hospitals .

In the book, Dr. Hadler looks at many of the most popular and most widely practiced modern medical cures. I'm talking about angioplasties, bypass surgeries, mastectomies, statin drugs, chemotherapy, and so on.

He analyzed the scientific studies that originally supported the widespread use of these therapies. He also reviewed all the significant studies that have been done on them ever since. And do you know what he found? He found that there was absolutely no proof that they worked! In many cases, they were actually worse than doing nothing -- and they all have serious side effects.

Dr. Hadler calls this the "medicalization" of an overtreated society. He argues that the medical industry is an artificial social construct where health conditions are turned into diseases for financial gain.

"I am convinced the major stumbling block to rational health care is the social construction of health," he says. "Americans think their medicine is the 'best,' if only they could afford it. This is the catwalk for displaying the medical emperor's new clothes."

I will get give you more details on this travesty of science in a minute. But let's get back to my main point, which is the body's amazing potential to heal itself.

Imagine if your body really could:

* Regenerate new cartilage if you have arthritis?
* Restore your clogged arteries to full health?
* Produce teenage-level strength in your bones at any age?

Well, your body can. It can do all of those things and many more. But the medical establishment doesn't want you to know that -- because if you do, they will lose revenue.

I asked my financial analyst to find out how much money is spent on surgeries to cure lower-back pain each year. He told me it's approximately $50 billion a year. Well, guess what? Those operations don't do any good. Your body can and will cure you of back pain if you don't let doctors put you in danger by cutting into your spine.

I will give you a personal example of how the body can heal itself...

I suffered from lower-back pain for more than 15 years. I spent loads of money going to the very best and most expensive orthopedists. They took x-rays and found problems with my discs and prescribed drugs and recommended surgery. I took the drugs but wisely demurred on the surgery. Then, about five years ago, I read a book by Dr. John Sarno that convinced me that 99 percent of lower-back pain has nothing to do with busted discs. His proof is irrefutable. Dr. Sarno didn't offer me a guaranteed cure for back pain. But something he said in his book triggered a thought about the body's natural healing. I pursued that idea, working with yoga therapists and a Pilates instructor, and cured my 15-year back problem in six weeks. That was five years ago. Two or three times since then, I've felt my back start to go out and I've been able to correct it within 48 hours without going to a doctor or spending a nickel. Another quick example...

A good friend of mine came down with allergies in his forties. It got so bad that he could barely work. He went to his doctor, who prescribed various anti-inflammatory drugs. Some of them worked temporarily, but they all eventually failed. Then I introduced him to a doctor whose practice is based on allowing the body to heal itself.

This doctor explained that the reason those drugs failed is that they weren't addressing the root cause of my friend's allergies -- the fact that his body had stopped producing enough of the natural anti-inflammatory hormone cortisol. His real problem was that his adrenal gland was exhausted.

The doctor prescribed a natural supplement that stimulated my friend's adrenal gland to repair itself. Now he is free of allergies, and he thinks the doctor I sent him to is some kind of medical savant. But I keep telling him, "He's just an honest doctor who gave your body what it needed."
Your body can heal itself. It can get rid of any chronic or persistent pain you feel by naturally healing your tendons and ligaments, not by masking the pain. It can do the same with clogged arteries or digestive problems. It can do it, too, with diabetes and cancer.

Did you know that cancer cells are always present in the body? That they are present -- in the millions -- even when you are young? It's true. In all the years the medical industry has been fighting cancer, it has made very little progress. Yet natural therapies can and do work.

王彬的放屁秘招(中里巴人)

昨天,跑到山药社区逛了一圈,想看看又有什么好东西了,还真淘到了一件宝贝。有个叫王彬的网友,写下了叫我双挑大指的一段文字:

需要学习放屁排毒的都进来,我教你,马上学会,不用多久就放个不停
进来的就自己按摩肚脐吧!无论你是坐着还是睡着,当然睡在床效果会比较好的,个人感觉,把你的手指或中指用丁点儿力往肚脐里按住,然后手指比较快地动起来,大约一分钟动八十圈吧! 只要有耐心一次就见效。 第一次按肚子会好像不太舒服的,不用担心,过会儿屁放出来了,就轻松了。 用食指或者中指,轻轻按摩就行,第一次需要的时间久点,我按了半个小时才开始放屁,这方法不可能造成外伤的,就像推腹一样,造成外伤的都是自己操作不当造成的。请你看清楚,是把食指按住肚脐,然后手指动起来,是按住肚脐啊,不是放松你的手指磨搓你的肚脐啊。 在按吗?其实就是隔着衫把手指放在肚脐上轻轻地动,每天早晚都按,一天放五十以上的大屁,长屁,肚子都瘦得好像没吃过饭一样了,按几天后就不用那么久了,按一两分钟就整个肚子瓜瓜叫了。

这一方法的效果到底如何,只有大家实践后才有定论。我个人觉得这一招很高明,有四两拨千斤之妙用。肚脐为‘神阙’穴。其下为先天,其上为后天。乃天地之根*,元气生发之所。用一指振动来激活先天,调和后天,真象是多米诺骨牌的第一张,轻拨一指,后劲无穷。

我曾经一直大力倡导的‘推腹法’,可对于那些肚子大,肉厚的人,确实不易操作,难以坚持。如果,此法真有神效,对于想尽快排出体内‘三浊’的人来说,真是功莫大焉。

Drinking beetroot juice dramatically lowers risk of heart disease and strokes

You'll look a little bloodthirsty while slurping it down.

But don't let that put you off beetroot juice - because it could save your life.

The bright-red juice contains the chemical nitrate, which dramatically reduces blood pressure, cutting the risk of heart disease and strokes.

Dramatic effect: Patients who drank a glass of beetroot juice a day were found to have significantly reduce blood pressure 24 hours later

Patients who drank a glass of beetroot juice a day were found to have significantly lower blood pressure just 24 hours later.

The findings, published in Hypertension, the journal of the American Heart Association, could now see beetroot juice being used as a treatment.

Researchers at William Harvey Research Institute at Queen Mary University in London compared patients who were given a 250ml glass of beetroot juice a day with those who took nitrate tablets.

They found that the two methods were equally successful in reducing blood pressure.

The researchers concluded that the nitrates which naturally occur in beetroot are the cause of its beneficial effects.

They produce a gas known as nitric oxide in the blood which widens blood vessels and arteries and lowers blood pressure.

High blood pressure, or hypertension, affects 16million Britons - one in five - and is a major risk factor for heart disease, stroke and kidney failure.

Amrita Ahluwalia, Professor of Vascular Biology at the William Harvey Research Insti tute, said: 'We showed that beetroot and nitrate capsules are equally effective in lowering blood pressure indicating that it is the nitrate content of beetroot juice that underlies its potential to reduce blood pressure.

'We also found that only a small amount of juice is needed - just 250ml - to have this effect, and that the higher the blood pressure at the start of the study the greater the decrease caused by the nitrate.

'Our previous study two years ago found that drinking beetroot juice lowered blood pressure; now we know how it works.'

Scientists have already showed how drinking beetroot juice can boost stamina.

Last year researchers from the University of Exeter and Peninsula Medical School found that it could have as much effect as a punishing training regime.

They found that healthy young men were able to increase their stamina by up to 16 per cent after drinking a glass of beetroot juice for a week.

Beetroot juice is found in most health food shops and usually costs around £2 a bottle.

Though very good for your body, it has one rather alarming side-effect.

Those who consume large amounts are likely to experience purple urine, or beeturia as it is known to scientists.

鹤功治病的机理是什么?

气功不同于体育锻炼,它是通过“调神”、“调息”、“调身”,外练筋、骨、皮,內练精、气、神,使气血畅通无阻。

通过气功锻炼,随着真气的不断聚集,人体的能量也不断增大,能量增加到一定程度后,就有了杀伤细菌和恶性细胞的能力,使它能够与疾病抗衡,产生有病治病,无病防病(免疫能力)的作用。

重複施緊傷害-RSI

我在大學的時後﹐曾經有一位審計學老師印象讓我很深刻。她非常的年輕﹐漂亮﹐而且又很有才華。我常常在課堂上想如果她在企業界的話﹐那真的不得了。

然而有一天﹐她告訴我們一個故事。她花了整整一堂課的時間﹐來懇求我們打字千萬要注意姿勢。她說五年前她曾被升為某會計師事務所最年輕的經理。沒想到突然有一天晚上﹐當她在打查核報告時﹐她的左手開始無法控制的發抖。她本來還想打完﹐確沒想到越來越嚴重。醫生說她得了 RSI﹐且在短期內恐怕無法康復。醫生也說她未來將無法再從事需要電腦或電子計算機操作的工作﹐叫她要有心裡準備。那天﹐雖然她 沒有哭﹐但是我們可以從她的表情看出她對RSI 的怨恨及的後悔。

她很誠懇的再三叮嚀我們﹐她說"這是可以預防的﹐千萬不要象她一樣﹐我們還有選擇"。然而事情過了已久﹐課堂裡教了什麼我大概也都忘記了。但每當我打字打到手有點酸的時候﹐她那後悔無奈的表情就會在我腦海裡出現﹐叮嚀我要休息。這張網頁就是獻給她及其他熱心的患者。

因為有了他們的熱心﹐我們才有機會覺醒。希望大家能把握這個選擇?

什么是 RSI:
英文全名叫 Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI)。中文釋為重複施緊傷害。其中病害包括手腕神經壓迫症 (症狀包括手腕無力﹐疼痛﹐無法舉雙肩等 )﹐脊椎神經傷害﹐頸部及腰部僵硬酸痛等。據勞委會研究指出﹐每天使用電腦超過六小時可能會造成無力﹐想睡覺﹐視力模糊﹐肩頸部疼痛等症狀。這個網站的目的是要教育大家 RSI的危險性及如何培養良好的電腦使用習慣。

如何預防 :
大致上﹐坐的姿勢要端正﹐不要坐不尋常的角度或姿勢。打鍵盤及使用滑鼠時不要 太用力。肌肉儘量放輕鬆。要常休息。每使用電腦一小時應起來休息十分鐘。最好能往遠處看﹐伸展一下您的手﹐肩膀﹐頸部 ﹐等。平常要仔細聽取您身體的意見。如果您的手感覺酸或痲痺時﹐他是在跟您講他有點不太對勁﹐他需要休息。我還要強調一點。預防勝於治療。就象我們老師說的一樣﹐她願意付出一切代價來還她那健康的手。千萬不要讓自己後悔。


打字注意事項﹕
1. 每次上班或打字之前﹐請先互相摩擦自己的手掌及伸展一下自己的手指﹐手掌﹐及手腕。跟運動一樣﹐熱身動作是用來走更遠的路。
2. 打字時手腕不應該讓它放置在桌面上活任何東西上。應要讓您的手腕架空在一定的高度上﹐相信我這樣會感覺更自然。包括外面有在賣的手腕休息墊﹐只有在休息的時候才可把手腕完全放下。
3. 鍵盤應該低到肘不需要往上彎。
4. 打字時不要敲的太用力 , 對你也沒好處。
5. 打複合鍵鈕時﹐比如 CTR-C ﹐ALT-F 時﹐應該要用兩隻手來完成。且儘量用您另隻手最強的手指來完成。
6. 滑鼠也是一樣輕鬆??作。最好可儘量用您的手臂來動而不要光憑您手腕的力量。
7. 常常給您的手充分休息。括暫時不打字時﹐可把手放在大腿上休息﹐或就讓整隻手掛在半空中放松十 秒鐘﹐讓您的手有足夠的時間恢復。
8. 每過一個小時﹐你應該最少休息十分鐘。最好能離開座位活動一下﹐伸展一下您的手﹐肩膀﹐及脖子。記得在恢復打字之前要做點手部運動。

A True Story....

A woman baked chapati for members of her family and an extra one for a hungry passerby. She kept the extra chapati on the Window-sill, for whosoever would take it away. Everyday, a hunchback came and took away the chapati. Instead of expressing gratitude, he muttered the following words as he went his way: "The evil you do remains with you: The good you do, comes back to you!" This went on, day after day. Everyday, the hunch-back came, picked up the chapati and uttered the words: "The evil you do, remains with you: The good you do, comes back to you!" The woman felt irritated. "Not a word of gratitude," she said to herself...


"Everyday this hunchback utters this jingle! What does he mean? "One day, exasperated, she decided to do away with him. "I shall get rid of this hunchback," she said. And what did she do? She added poison to the Chapatti she prepared for him! As she was about to keep it on the window sill, her hands trembled. "What is this I am doing?" she said Immediately, she threw the chapati into the fire, prepared another one and kept it on the window- sill. As usual, the hunchback came, picked up the chapati and muttered the words: "The evil you do, remains with you: The good you do, comes back to you!" The hunchback proceeded on his way, blissfully unaware of the war raging in the mind of the woman.

Everyday, as the woman placed the chapati on the window-sill, she offered a prayer for her son who had gone to a distant place to seek his fortune. For many months, she had no news of him.. She prayed for his safe return. That evening, there was a knock on the door. As she opened it, she was surprised to find her son standing in the doorway. He had grown thin and lean. His garments were tattered and torn. He was hungry, starved and weak.

As he saw his mother, he said, "Mom, it's a miracle I'm here. While I was but a mile away, I was so famished that I collapsed. I would have died, but just then an old hunchback passed by. I begged of him for a morsel of food, and he was kind enough to give me a whole chapati."As he gave it to me, he said, "This is what I eat everyday: today, I shall give it to you, for your need is greater than mine!" " As the mother heard those words, her face turned pale.

She leaned against the door for support. She remembered the poisoned chapati that she had made that morning. Had she not burnt it in the fire, it would have been eaten by her own son, and he would have lost his life! It was then that she realized the significance of the words:"The evil you do remains with you: The good you do, comes back to you!"

练鹤功是否容易出偏?

前一阶段社会上流传着关于练鹤功容易出偏的说法,曾引起了一些认识上的混乱,许多练功者纷纷询问此事,对这个问题的认识有必要澄清一下。

过去教气功,都讲“六耳不传,单传独练”,所以练气功的人很少,一般人都缺少练功常识;在多数气功门里,对“自发功”又一向列为禁忌,自然一般人对它更是不可能理解。自鹤功问世之后,由于它容易学、得气快、特别是突破了禁忌,搞了站桩自发功,治病效果明显,治愈了一些疑难症,于是便迅速传开,功法不胫而走,短短两年的功夫,学练本功法的人竟已达数百万之多,这种情况在当时也出乎我们的意料。由于一下子大面积铺开,辅导力量跟不上去,想限制又限制不了,有相当数量的人便按照《气功的妙用》自学,或向非正式辅导人员学功;还有的教功人员名义上教的是鹤功,实际上已对原功法做了很多的修改。这样学出来的人,不少搞不清功法要领和意念,有的动作严重失真,意念搞错,完全走了样子;对于练功中出现的一些现象也不能正确理解,遇到问题没有明师指导,再加上其它一些原因,于是便出现了这样或那样的一些问题,“鹤翔庄气功容易出偏”的论调就这样传播开了。

为了搞清情况,有针对性地解决练功中出现的问题:我们组织力量在学员中进行了调查,了解到在练一步功(动功和站桩功)阶段出现的所谓“偏差”,大致有以下几种情况:
(1)练功后身体的某个部位有不适感,如头晕、胸闷、气短等。
(2)出现自发功后自己收不住功,有的手舞足蹈,有的语无伦次,有失常态。
(3)自发时出现了一些奇怪的举动和姿势,如有的哭、笑、喊、唱,有的盘腿合十,有的倒地乱滚,有的卧地不起……。
(4)出现自发功后有的原来有病部位更加疼痛,病情似有增无减;有的原来没病的部位出现疼痛,似是无病添病。

以上几种情况,是否都属“出偏”?导致出现这种情况的原因是什么,又应当怎样解决?是要具体进行分析的。

练动功应当是外练筋、骨、皮,内练精、气、神。练功之后应当感到全身舒适,精神焕发。如果出现(1)类的情况,是不正常的。这是由于没有掌握好练功要领,姿势、动作、意念不正确或缺乏练功常识造成的(比如练第三节“气通关”的上起动作时,意念如不向涌泉穴,气就上冲,练后头就容易发晕;作“双回气”外导内行时,两手如过脐太多,男同志就可能引起滑精、女同志就可能引起带下)。这虽谈不到是“出偏”,也是小的差误,应当调整解决。

属于(2)类的情况,应当说出偏,但这种情况是较个别的,据了解,出现这种情况的原因又有两类:一类是自学《气功的妙用》后未掌握要领,又无明师指导就去站桩,出现问题自己不能控制,这是由于当时功法问世不久,我们的教功经验不足,没有强调必须有老师辅导,《气功的妙用》也写得比较简单,没有详细交代站桩后如何收功,是我们的责任。另一类是精神分裂等禁忌症患者或有该病家族史的人练功后体内5一羟色胺升高,精神出现异常。出现这种情况,也与我们当时对禁忌症强调不够有关。

对于(3)类的情况,我们认为主要涉及了对自发功的认识问题。对于自发功中出现的种种异于平常的动作,多数已在前面的问题中做了具体解释,这里不再重复。自发动作剧烈的人,常是患有某种疾病的人,随着经络的疏通,病情的好转,动作便会由大变小,由小变无,由外动转为内动。现在全国已有千百万练功者经历了这样一个阶段之后,在治病健身方面奏了奇效。所以,对自发的各种动作不应看作是“出偏”。至于有人出现倒地、乱滚等现象,从实质看,也是一种治病的需要(接地阴),不过这种动作看起来很不文明,也不卫生,而且完全可以通过其它方法解决(如加练动功中“通地合阴”动作等),因此我们强调不能躺地,并提供了防止和纠正躺地现象的方法。

属于(4)类 的情况,我们认为应当分析原来的病情。有些病不适于练动功和站桩功,如大出血等。因为出现自发功后要气冲病灶,这种病不宜接受这样的治疗,应当改用其它治 疗方法或练医疗辅助功。除了上述情况之外,只要不是剧烈的疼痛,就是气冲病灶,都应看作是练功奏效。气功练到这一步算是入了门,已不容易,切不可认为是病 情有增无减,误当出偏而放弃很快就会收到医疗效果的气功锻炼。至于原来无病,练功中出现特殊疼痛的情况,我们认为应当到医院认真检查,确诊病症,找出真正 的致病原因。如有一位女同志自发功时猛力敲打小腹,以致皮下瘀血,收功后仍不能理解,跑来找我询问,我认为是自发功查出了病,建议她去医院妇科检查。过了 些天,她高兴地跑来告诉我,经检查发现她的子宫内有一肿瘤,已发展到鸡蛋大小,幸亏及早发现,及时做了处理,否则就可能恶变了,她非常感谢“高明的医生” ——“自发功”给她查出了大病。还有一位同志,开始练功很舒服,后来突然出现腿部剧痛。经医院检查,发现了骨裂。这位同志便认为是练功出了偏,这样看当然 是不全面的。许多练功者都体会到了“自发功是高明的医生”,它可以治病,也可以查病。五节动功的动作都很柔缓,练得再多也不会导致骨裂。现在通过自发功气 冲病灶,原来未被自己发现的病,现在被真气查了出来,这样可以及早采取有效措施进行治疗。怎么倒去责怪这位‘‘高明的医生”呢?

1983年3月,我们曾对当时北京两万多名鹤功学员进行了普查(通过本人、家庭及所在单位),发现有17人有异常反应,也就是还不到千分之一。这17人中有7人反应不大,一、两周即恢复正常,另10人经过调理,最长的两个月已完全恢复正常。

分析这10人出现异常的原因如下:

有精神病史 - 3人
练多种功法追求自发功 - 3人
受惊吓 - 1人
受七情干扰 - 1人
追求幻觉 - 1人
自学并无气功常识 - 1人
合计 - 10人占普查总数0.08%

综上所述,过去传说的“出偏”并不全是真的出偏,对此应有正确的认识,属于练功中出现的一些问题或者真正的偏差,究其形成的主要原因,与当时功法介绍比较简单,自学不易掌握要领,又缺少大面积教功的骨干力量和经验有关。针对以上情况,我写了《中国鹤翔庄气功》一书,不仅详细介绍了经过反复修改、充实的功法功理,还系统介绍了学练气功必须掌握的基础知识和一般练功常识;我们强调了鹤功不能自学,必须由辅导员教功,并在全国范围内,不断举办各个层次的辅导员提高班,培训推广功法的骨干力量;对于辅导员,我们特别强调的是把“三关”:招收学员关(禁忌症患者及有该症家族史的人不能接受练一步功,只能练医疗辅助功)、科学教功关(严格按照功法要领教功,不得擅自修改功法或增加本功法以外的内容)和站桩自发关(站桩之前要认真检查学员五节动功的动作与意念是否正确,并要再次审查学员中有无禁忌症患者;初练自发功的阶段,辅导员一定要亲自指导,学员收好功之后,辅导员方可离开练功场地)。另外,我们也希望愿练鹤功者如无老师辅导,不要自学,尤其不能自己站桩;禁忌症患者也不要练动功和站桩功,免得给自己带来不必要的麻烦。以上对辅导员和学员的要求,都希望自觉地、认真地做到。试想现在全国练鹤功者已上千万,今后继续发展下去,如不严格按照规定去做,出了问题,其责任我们是想负也负不了的。

以上讲的是练一步功时容易遇到的问题。有的人一步功练了很久,情况一直很平稳,收到了良好的功效。但后来又突然出现了异常反应,如:有的练自发功,收了又发,连续不断;有的全身不适,状似感冒;有的希望避人独处,饮食起居亦有变化;有的举止异样,神情特殊……。这是练功到中层次以后出现的反应,多数是出功反应(即可能出现某种功能),是暂时的现象,家庭及周围的人不可大惊小怪,或看作是“精神分裂”、“走火入魔”,而应为其安排安定的环境,并请明师指导。千万不可强迫其做某种不愿做的事,或给予强烈刺激,否则容易导致出偏。随着练功人数的增多和练功常识的普及,大家对此有了思想准备,再遇到这种情况也就可以正确处理而不足为奇了:

中国鹤翔庄气功有很好的功效,又经过十几年的实践检验和补充提高,现在已经比较成熟,练功者只要有正确的练功目紫,严格按照功法要求,在辅导老师指导之下进 行锻炼,是安拿可靠的,不会发生偏差的。不按规定办事,不按功法要求练翌,那是自己偏离功法,而不是功法有偏。这~点是需要说清楚的。实际上,再好的功 法,练得不得法也会出偏。现在,我们将经过充分补充修改后的成熟功法正式奉献给广大气功爱好者,并向大家提供了保证安全收效的措施和方法,相信若严格按照去做,定能安全稳妥地收到健身生慧的满意效果。

別讓一滴麻油偏方給失傳了

今天下午去幫兒子買一雙鞋子,老闆看了兒子的腳說怎這麼多紅豆冰呀,我只好無奈說蚊子真的好多哦,市面上賣的防蚊液每家都說很天然,但裡頭還是參了一些化學成份,雖然我有買了一瓶但最後還是沒在用。

老闆就報給我一個最天然最安全最古老的方法:

他說,他們常常去爬山什麼的,山上蚊子很多,但是只要用一滴麻油滴在手上,兩隻手抹一下,拍打在寶寶手上和腳上,最後手上沒油了,但還有麻油的味道,就輕輕拍一下寶寶的臉上,爬一個山下來 ,蚊子都躲的遠遠的哦!

我聽了這個方法後很高興的回家試驗看看,把麻油弄在兒子手腳和臉上,就帶去公園試試看;^^哇天阿~居然發現有 3隻蚊子一直想咬兒子,但卻只敢在旁邊飛來飛去兒子身邊突然好像多了一層防護罩耶,蚊子僵持了5分鐘還在飛,但就是不敢靠近,最後居然跑來咬我這在旁邊試驗的媽咪,因為我沒擦,真的有效耶 ~

好高興哦現在弄了一個小瓶子,隨身帶著,且只要一滴麻油哦,弄上身體一點都不油,且有香香的麻油味,才發現原來最天然最安全的防蚊方法是隨身可得的,且不用花錢去買哦……...^^

既然這麼好用就試試看,別讓偏方給失傳了,尤其不傷身。

有的人只练站桩自发功,不练动功这样能收到治病快的效果吗?

动功与站桩功的作用是不同的,在强身治病方面,二者相辅相成,不可偏废。有人对此缺乏正确理解,觉得练站桩自发功后身体已经很舒服,于是不练动功。这样治病虽也有效,但在真气不足的情况下,会延长治病过程。因此,还是动功与站桩功一起练的效果更为明显。

青蔥最近數起A型肝炎的食品中毒事件 , 禍首竟然是青蔥 。青蔥(scallion)最好別生吃 , 在顯微鏡下有好多噁心的虫虫沒錯.以前修 microbiology 時 , 在顯微鏡下 , 看過蔥管內有好多噁心的虫虫..蛋蛋...還有:香菜(cilantro)也 是(常見大量fungus) , 而且與香菜同保存的食物也會遭到染污 , 而且更噁'''' 。

所以奉勸愛生吃香菜、青蔥的姊妹們 , 先把牠燙死再吃!飲食衛生青蔥最好別生吃 。

中國人愛吃脆皮烤鴨 , 往往將脆皮烤鴨肉包著生的青蔥段裹著甜麵醬吃;吃炒米粉、貢丸湯、肉羹湯、麵湯、餛飩湯、火鍋料理、燒烤料理及魚肉料理時 , 也免不了要來點兒青蔥花提味 。中國人生吃青蔥的機會實在太多了 , 麵攤、火鍋店 , 各個餐廳廚房裡索性就擺一大碗青蔥花 , 讓消費者自行取用 , 但是 , 愛吃青蔥花的人在下箸前可得三思了 ,

因為美國食品藥物管理局日前呼籲消費者注意 , 最近數起A型肝炎的食品中毒事件 , 禍首竟然是青蔥 。

A型肝炎病毒是一種肝臟疾病 , 通常在感染A型肝炎病毒六週後會有症狀 , 輕微者是發燒、腹瀉、噁心、嘔吐、無食慾、腹痛、疲倦、皮膚變黃 。嚴重者則引發為肝臟疾病 。!

美國食品藥物管理局建議消費者應將青蔥放入鍋中加蓋完全煮熟 , 或在烹煮魚、肉類或其他料理放入青蔥時 , 也應將青蔥完全煮熟後再吃 , 以降低罹患A型肝炎的風險.

Questions and Answers on Hepatitis A Outbreaks Associated with Eating Raw or Undercooked Green Onions (Scallions)
  1. What did FDA announce today?

    FDA advised consumers that three recent hepatitis A outbreaks have been associated with eating raw or undercooked green onions (scallions).
  2. Does this announcement apply to all products containing green onions?

    No. It only applies to raw or undercooked green onions or products containing them. Commercially prepared products, such as salsa in jars, have received a treatment that eliminates the hepatitis A virus.
  3. What can consumers do to decrease their risk of infection from hepatitis A caused by contaminated green onions?

    Consumers can cook all raw green onions thoroughly before eating them. This minimizes the risk of illness by reducing or eliminating the virus. Consumers can also avoid eating raw or lightly cooked green onions. Consumers who wish to avoid undercooked green onions should also specifically request that raw or lightly cooked green onions not be added to their food prepared in restaurants.
  4. Should additional precautions be taken by people with chronic liver disease or weakened immune systems such as patients undergoing chemotherapy or AIDS patients?

    Persons with chronic liver disease or weakened immune systems are not more likely to acquire hepatitis A. However, persons with these chronic illnesses sometimes have a more severe form of hepatitis A. People with chronic liver disease or weakened immune systems should consider avoiding raw or undercooked green onions until the cause of green onion contamination has been identified and corrected. All persons with chronic liver disease should get hepatitis A vaccination (see below).
  5. What caused the outbreak of hepatitis A in the Pittsburgh area?

    The State of Pennsylvania, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and FDA are working together to investigate this outbreak. As of November 15, 2003, the investigation is not finished, and it is not yet known what caused this outbreak. Investigators are now trying to determine if the outbreak was caused by a contaminated food such as raw or undercooked green onions.
  6. Has FDA asked the restaurant industry to do anything in response to these outbreaks?

    Yes. FDA has informed the restaurant industry of the association of hepatitis A with raw or undercooked green onions in recent outbreaks so that restaurants can take actions to protect their customers.
  7. What are the symptoms of hepatitis A?

    The average incubation period for hepatitis A is 28 days (range: 15-50 days). This means that symptoms of hepatitis A develop within 50 days of exposure. Persons with hepatitis A virus infection may not have any signs or symptoms of the disease. Adults are more likely to have symptoms than children. If symptoms are present, they usually occur abruptly and may include fever, tiredness, loss of appetite, nausea, abdominal discomfort, dark urine, and jaundice (yellowing of the skin and eyes). Symptoms usually last less than 2 months; a few persons are ill for as long as 6 months. There is no chronic infection with the hepatitis A virus.
  8. How serious is hepatitis A?

    Most persons with hepatitis A make a full recovery and will never get hepatitis A again. However, in rare instances (an average of 3 in every 1000 reported cases), hepatitis A can be fatal.
  9. What should consumers do if they recently ate food containing raw or lightly cooked green onions?

    Consumers who have recently eaten raw or lightly cooked green onions and feel well only need to monitor their health. Consumers who are experiencing symptoms that might be hepatitis A should consult their health care provider.
  10. Is there a test for hepatitis A?

    Yes, there is a blood test for hepatitis A, called an IgM anti-HAV. However, the only people who need this test are those who are showing symptoms of hepatitis A. Persons who feel well should not be tested, even if they recently ate green onions.
  11. What is immune globulin (often called IG or ISG) and who should receive it?

    Immune globulin is a preparation of antibodies that can be given before exposure to provide short-term protection against hepatitis A to reduce the risk of infection among persons who have recently been exposed to hepatitis A. For maximum protection immune globulin must be given within 2 weeks after exposure. Persons who have recently eaten green onions do not need to get immune globulin unless they have been specifically exposed within the previous 2 weeks to individuals or food involved in an outbreak and believe by public health officials to have been potentially contaminated.
  12. Are there treatments for hepatitis A?

    There is no medication that treats hepatitis A. Some patients with hepatitis A may need to be hospitalized to treat dehydration or liver complications.
  13. Is there a vaccine for hepatitis A?

    Yes, but it should be given before an exposure to work most effectively. Hepatitis A vaccine has been licensed in the United States for use in persons 2 years of age and older. The vaccine is recommended for persons who are more likely to get hepatitis A virus infection or are more likely to get seriously ill if they do get hepatitis A. CDC does not recommend that persons who have eaten green onions get vaccinated, unless a healthcare professional recommends that they get vaccinated because of other risk factors for hepatitis A.
  14. Have there been other recent outbreaks of hepatitis A caused by contaminated food in the U.S.? Have these outbreaks been associated with raw green onions?

    Yes. Hepatitis A outbreaks associated with raw or undercooked green onions served in restaurants occurred in Tennessee, North Carolina and Georgia in September. The source of the green onions from the Tennessee outbreak appears to be Mexico. The agency has been in consultation with Mexican authorities to obtain their assistance in assessing the situation. In addition, FDA is monitoring certain import entries of green onions for evidence of potential contamination.

Top 10 Poisonous Foods We Love To Eat

Everyday we chow down on food produced from plants that carry deadly poisons. Most of the time we don’t need to be concerned with this as the mass production of fruit and vegetables ensures that we are usually safe, but from time to time people accidentally kill themselves by unwittingly eating the wrong part of a plant. In order to ensure that this never happens to you, I have put together a list of the most commonly seen poisons that we come in to contact with in our kitchens.

10. Cassava (Yuca)

Though not too widely used in the United States, cassava is a woody shrub that is generally found in the Caribbean and South America. When using cassava, it can either be made to be sweet or bitter. The taste, as well as the smell, all depends on the amount of cyanogenic glucosides, which are in fact, extremely poisonous. Most who prepare it like it to be bitter, as it keeps away insects and even animals. If cassava is prepared incorrectly, it can be deadly. Cassava poisoning, due to high levels of cyanide, is known as Konzo. Cassava poisoning leads to irreversible paralysis.

Interesting fact: Cassava roots are ground into a flour-like substance which is then used to make tapioca. Cassava leaves contain cyanide but if pounded into a paste with flour and left in the shade for 5 hours, the cyanide is broken down.

9. Pufferfish

Pufferfish stand to be the second most poisonous vertebrate in the world. Though you won’t find pufferfish in the U.S., many in Korea as well as Japan find some parts of the fish to be delicacies. However, certain organs of the fish, such as the liver, as extremely toxic, and can be deadly. The poison in the fish, known as tetrodotoxin, can cause numbness, high blood pressure, and muscle paralysis, which is what leads to death as the diaphragm muscles become paralyzed, disabling breathing. Known as fugu when eaten as a meal, many in Asian countries refuse to not eat the fish.

Interesting fact: Pufferfish has been made illegal to be eaten by the Emperor of Japan.

8. Mushrooms

There are about 5000 types of mushrooms known in the U.S. and about 100 of them are said to be toxic, while less than a dozen are deadly. In any case, mushrooms can cause gastrointestinal discomfort. Since mushrooms are fungi and the fact that there are so many species, it can be hard to know which are poisonous. As rule of thumb, it is usually said that any mushroom found in the wild are more than likely poisonous. One of the deadliest types of mushroom toxins is Alpha-amanitin, which causes extreme liver damage. Toadstools, as they are called, are the poisonous mushrooms.

Interesting fact: There are 38,000 known kinds of mushrooms; about 5% of these are toxic.

7. Cashews

Though really seeds and not nuts, cashews grow inside of a shell-like structure that grows on a fruit. When buying “raw cashews” in the store, take note that these nuts have actually been steamed and are not entirely raw. This is because raw cashews contain urushiol, which is the same chemical that you’d find in poison ivy. It can cause the body to have a very similar reaction to one experienced from poison oak or ivy. If a high level of urushiol is ingested, it can be deadly. Cashew poisoning is rare, but those who handle them in order to manufacture them to get the shell off sometimes experience the side-effects.

Interesting fact: Cashews come from a fruit, which in South American countries, is eaten, and the seeds (cashews) are then thrown away.

You’ve probably eaten a chili or two in your life. No matter if it was an extremely hot one, or one that was pretty mild, every chili you have ever consumed has contained a chemical called capsaicin. In chilies, capsaicin is what makes them spicy and “hot.” Of course one chili won’t hurt, but if you eat enough of them, capsaicin can kill you. The chemical is so strong that it is used as a paint stripper, and it is even used in pepper spray used by police forces. In hotter chilies, such as habaneros, capsaicin can be felt on the skin if you cut the chili, as it will produce a burning sensation.

Interesting fact: Chilies are extremely high in Vitamin C. One green chili pod is said to contain about 6 times as much Vitamin C.

5. Potatoes

We’ve all heard something or another about potatoes. Whether it is the potato famine, some Irish story, or some other historical event centered on potatoes, one thing you may not have heard of is that potatoes are toxic. The stem and leaves of the plant are toxic, and even the potato itself is toxic. If you’ve ever looked at a potato, you may have realized that some turn a greenish color. This is due to levels of glycoalkaloid poison. In the past, there have been deaths due to potato poisoning. It is rare, but most happen due to someone drinking potato leaf tea, or eating green potatoes. Death doesn’t come suddenly. It usually results in weakness and then a coma. Don’t worry about having the occasional green potato chip, but do discard any potatoes that have green eyes, sprouts, or greenish skins, rather than prepare and serve them, especially to children.

Interesting fact: Potatoes make great food for astronaut! In fact in 1995 potato plants were taken into orbit on the Columbia and actually grown.

4. Almonds

Almonds, most always said to be nuts, are actually seeds and are extremely popular in kitchens around the world. Much like cashews, almonds are extremely poisonous if not introduced to some sort of heat source. It is generally the bitter almonds that need to be treated to get rid of the poison. The seeds are full of cyanide, and in many countries are illegal to sell without having been processed in order to get rid of the poison within the seed.

Interesting fact: Almonds are said to be one of the earliest cultivated foods, being mentioned in the Bible’s Old Testament.

3. Cherries

Cherries are definitely one of the most versatile fruits. You can eat them raw, cook them, bake them, and get them tart or sweet. Cherries can even be used in certain types of liquor. Despite their overall red goodness, cherries are toxic. If you’ve ever eaten a cherry and without thought chewed on the pip or left it in your mouth, you more than likely introduced hydrogen cyanide into your body. If a cherry pip is chewed, crushed, or somehow damaged, it automatically produces hydrogen cyanide. Symptoms of mild poisoning include headache, dizziness, confusion, anxiety, and vomiting. Larger doses can lead to difficulty breathing, increased blood pressure and heart rate, and kidney failure. Reactions can include coma, convulsions, and death from respiratory arrest.

Interesting fact: Cherries contain extremely high amounts of Melatonin which is good for helping and keeping the body regulated.

2. Apples

Apples are definitely a popular fruit no matter where you go. Like others on the list, and many other types of fruits, apples contain cyanide, but not in high levels. The fruit itself does not contain the chemical, but you will find cyanide in the apple’s seeds. Eating all of the seeds in one apple won’t kill you, but it’s definitely not recommended. Of course, if enough apple seeds are eaten, this means chewed and swallowed, it can result in complications.

Interesting fact: Apples float because at least 25% of their mass is nothing but air.

Despite the extreme popularity of tomatoes and many countries, it is true that they are poisonous. Though the fruit itself doesn’t contain poison, the stem as well as the leaves contain a chemical known as glycoalkaloid. Higher levels are said to be found in wild tomatoes, but those grown domestically still contain glycoalkaloid. This chemical is known to cause upset stomachs and nervousness. The leaves and stem can be used in cooking for flavor, but must be removed before eating. This chemical is so powerful that it is actually used as a way to control pests.

Interesting fact: In 1893, in the U.S. Supreme Court case Nix v. Hedden, it was argued whether or not a tomato was a vegetable or a fruit, which dealt with taxes being paid on vegetbles and not fruits. In the end, the court ruled that a tomato is a vegetable when referring to the Tariff Act, but is botanically a fruit.

练鹤功要注意什么?

鹤翔庄气功是一种治病健身,延年益寿的内功功法。为 了练好这套功,取得良好的效果,在练功中应注意如下问题:

(1) 加强道德修养。长期患病,气血受阻,肝气上升,容易出现性情急躁、忧虑、悲观等情绪,严重者甚至影响家庭关系、同志关系。为了使练鹤翔庄气功获得更好的效果,要有意识地克服不利于身心健康的情绪,培养高尚的革命情操,树立“五讲四美”的风尚。中医很重视人的情志变化,把喜、怒、忧、思、悲、恐、惊称为七情。情志过于变化,往往会引起人体内阴阳偏盛,气血不和,经络受阻和脏腑功能失调而发生疾病。《内经》中说的“喜伤心、怒伤肝、思伤脾、忧伤肺、恐伤肾”,就是这个道理。古人把养生概括为八句 话:“喜气存精以养神,少思寡欲勿劳心;食为半饱莫兼味,酒至三分莫过频;每把言语蔼似笑,常含乐意莫生嗔;人敬我来我敬人,任我逍遥过百春。

(2) 认真按功法要领去练,不得任意修改功法或加进其它功法的练功方法,如呼吸、动作等。鹤功的每个动作,都有一定的作用,因此,对每个动作务必作到准确、熟练、 不准马虎。练动功、动作要圆活、连贯、缓慢,形体要柔软、舒展,切忌发拙力。动功,要意带形动,气随意行,意、气、形统一。练站桩,要松静自然,切忌思想不集中和肢体僵硬。同时,要意守下丹田和调整尾闾,启动真气,待自发外动出现后,真气往返动行,即对丹田似守非守(不可丢掉丹田不管),任其自然,无论是动功,还是站桩功,都采用自然腹式呼吸法,不要故意憋气。

(3) 鹤功和其它功法各有所长,功法、功理有所不同,真气运行路线也不完全一样。为了取得良好的练功效果,防止出偏差,初练功者不要同时练两种以上的功法。当然,某些体育锻炼,如跑步、打球、体操等不在此列。

(4) 练功和医药治疗可同时进行,因为两者都是为了扶正祛邪,治病健身,所以在练功期间,可以继续吃药打针,两者如果配合适当,药物会更好发挥作用。练功后,如果病情好转或减轻,可根据具体情况,减少药量,直到停止服药。

(5) 练功要有时间保证,并持之以恒。气功是一种精化气,气藏神,神养气的功夫,是一种练气、运气的功夫。气从功上来,有功才有气。再好的功法,没有练功时间保 证,气是不会来的。总的来说,练气功是多练多受益,少练少受益,不练不受益。但是,在开始学练阶段,注意不要过累,要留有余兴,每天练功两次,每次一小时即可,健康人每日练一次也可。贵在坚持,天天如此,以自我感觉舒适为度。

(6) 生活要有规律,每天练功,最好有固定时间,如子、午、卯、酉(子时,晚11—1点;午时,中午11—1点;卯时,早晨5—7点;酉时,下午5—7点)。如果条件允许,可以每日早晚各练一次,使生活、锻炼规律化。

(7) 节制性生活,在练功治病期间,最好避免房事,否则,无精就不能化气,无气就不能治病,因为气功锻炼的第一个阶段就是炼精化气,有气才有神,应引起重视。就是治好了病以后,性生活也需要节制。

(8) 在过饱、过饥、过度疲劳、大喜、大悲、大急、大怒和情绪不稳定的时候,都不能马上练功,更不能在练功中间吵架、生气,这是绝对禁止的。

Once Buddha was travelling with a few of his followers. While they were passing a lake, Buddha told one of his disciples, “I am thirsty, please get me some water from the lake.” The disciple walked up to the lake. At that moment, a bullock cart started crossing through the lake. As a result, the water became very muddy and turbid.

The disciple thought, “How can I give this muddy water to Buddha to drink?” So he came back and told Buddha, “The water in there is very muddy. I don’t think it is fit to drink.”

After about half an hour, again Buddha asked the same disciple to go back to the lake. The disciple went back, and found that the water was still muddy. He returned and informed Buddha about the same. After sometime, again Buddha asked the same disciple to go back.

This time, the disciple found the mud had settled down, and the water was clean and clear. So he collected some water in a pot and brought it to Buddha.

Buddha looked at the water and then he looked up at the disciple and said,” See what you did to make the water clean. You let it be, and the mud settled down on its own – and you have clear water. Your mind is like that too! When it is disturbed, just let it be. Give it a little time…. it will settle down on its own. You don’t have to put in any effort to calm it down. It will happen. It is effortless.” Having ‘Peace of Mind’ is not a strenuous job; it is an effortless process
