蒜頭醋的威力


蒜頭和蘋果醋

英國及俄羅斯長期研究支持了草藥師及贊成天然醫藥者的說法:

自製蒜頭醋

材料:蒜頭一斤 蘋果醋二瓶

製法: 將蒜頭去衣,拍裂放下空樽內,再倒下醋封口,待兩個月後便可飲用。

早、晚各一次,每次一湯匙,若是不想純飲可以溫開水稀釋喝。

Food as medicine


HEADACHE? EAT FISH!
Eat plenty of fish -- fish oil helps prevent headaches. So does ginger, which reduces inflammation and pain.

HAY FEVER? EAT YOGURT!
Eat lots of yogurt before pollen season. Also-eat honey from your area (local region) daily.

TO PREVENT STROKE DRINK TEA!
Prevent buildup of fatty deposits on artery walls with regular doses of tea. (actually, tea suppresses my appetite and keeps the pounds from invading....Green tea is great for our immune system)!

INSOMNIA (CAN'T SLEEP?) HONEY!
Use honey as a tranquilizer and sedative.

ASTHMA? EAT ONIONS!!!!
Eating onions helps ease constriction of bronchial tubes. (when I was young, my mother would make onion packs to place on our chest, helped the respiratory ailments and actually made us breathe better).

ARTHRITIS? EAT FISH, TOO!!
Salmon, tuna, mackerel and sardines actually prevent arthritis. (fish has omega oils, good for our immune system)

UPSET STOMACH? BANANAS - GINGER!!!!!
Bananas will settle an upset stomach. Ginger will cure morning sickness and nausea.

BLADDER INFECTION? DRINK CRANBERRY JUICE!!!!
High-acid cranberry juice controls harmful bacteria.

BONE PROBLEMS? EAT PINEAPPLE!!!
Bone fractures and osteoporosis can be prevented by the manganese in pineapple.

PREMENSTRUAL SYNDROME? EAT CORNFLAKES!!!!
Women can ward off the effects of PMS with cornflakes, which help reduce depression, anxiety and fatigue.

MEMORY PROBLEMS? EAT OYSTERS!
Oysters help improve your mental functioning by supplying much-needed zinc.

COLDS? EAT GARLIC!
Clear up that stuffy head with garlic. (remember, garlic lowers cholesterol, too.)

COUGHING? USE RED PEPPERS!!
A substance similar to that found in the cough syrups is found in hot red pepper. Use red (cayenne) pepper with caution-it can irritate your tummy.

BREAST CANCER? EAT Wheat, bran and cabbage
Helps to maintain estrogen at healthy levels.

LUNG CANCER? EAT DARK GREEN AND ORANGE AND VEGGIES!!!
A good antidote is beta carotene, a form of Vitamin A found in dark green and orange vegetables.

ULCERS? EAT CABBAGE ALSO!!!
Cabbage contains chemicals that help heal both gastric and duodenal ulcers.

DIARRHEA? EAT APPLES!
Grate an apple with its skin, let it turn brown and eat it to cure this condition. (Bananas are good for this ailment)

CLOGGED ARTERIES? EAT AVOCADO!
Mono unsaturated fat in avocados lowers cholesterol.

HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE? EAT CELERY AND OLIVE OIL!!!
Olive oil has been shown to lower blood pressure. Celery contains a chemical that lowers pressure too.

BLOOD SUGAR IMBALANCE? EAT BROCCOLI AND PEANUTS!!!
The chromium in broccoli and peanuts helps regulate insulin and blood sugar.


Kiwi: Tiny but mighty. This is a good source of potassium, magnesium, Vitamin E &fiber. It's Vitamin C content is twice that of an orange.

Apple: An apple a day keeps the doctor away? Although an apple has a low Vitamin C content, it has antioxidants & flavonoids which enhances the activity of Vitamin C thereby helping to lower the risks of colon cancer, heart attack & stroke.

Strawberry: Protective fruit. Strawberries have the highest total antioxidant power among major fruits &protects the body from cancer causing, blood vessels clogging free radicals. (Actually, any berry is good for you..they're high in anti-oxidants and they actually keep us young.........blueberries are the best and very versatile in the health field........they get rid of all the free-radicals that invade our bodies)

Orange: Sweetest medicine. Taking 2 - 4 oranges a day may help keep colds away, lower cholesterol, prevent & dissolve kidney stones as well as lessen the risk of colon cancer.

Watermelon: Coolest Thirst Quencher. Composed of 92% water, it is also packed with a giant dose of glutathione which helps boost our immune system. They are also a key source of lycopene - the cancer fighting oxidant. Other nutrients found in watermelon are Vitamin C & Potassium. (watermelon also has natural substances [natural SPF sources] that keep our skin healthy, protecting our skin from those darn suv rays)

Guava &Papaya: Top awards for Vitamin C. They are the clear winners for their high Vitamin C content. Guava is also rich in fiber which helps prevent constipation.

Papaya is rich in carotene, this is good for your eyes. (also good for gas and indigestion)

Tomatoes are very good as a preventative measure for men, keeps those prostrate problems from invading their bodies.

坐在桌边打字、写文章的感觉真好。好像是在写一封信,写给父母、妻子、儿子、朋友的一封信。说一说心里想说的话,也许不符合逻辑,也许不够严谨规范,也许不是被普遍认同的思想。但只是想聊聊天,想讲个故事,因为觉得亲切,觉得有话想说,就随意地说了。

有的朋友把我写的书当成了健康科普,或者是中医教材,我觉得这个使命太大,专业性太强,这不是我力所能及之事,起码不是我写作的初衷。

不知不觉地,自己竟成了畅销书作者和健康养生专家,这真是我始料未及的。也许大家对我的期望值太高,希望我能弘扬中医文化,倡导健康理念。但我只是想对大家说:每个人都是健康生活的实践者,都是自己的专家和权威。一个人只有对自己充满自信,才是真正健康的开始。

有个患病的朋友对我说:我百分之百地相信您,您说我该怎么做吧,我全听您的。我没有告诉他具体要怎么做,只告诉他首先要相信自己。因为,您只有相信自己了,才可能找到解决问题的根本办法,不然,永远都是在苟且偷生。我常对朋友们说的一句话就是:有病找医生,健康靠自己。生命是要靠我们自己来掌握的,人生之路,不管是坦途还是泥沼,都要您自己去走完它。

我的第一本书让大家觉得中医很神奇,并引起了大家的兴趣;第二本书主要告诉了大家操作的方法;第三本书则从壮大先天之本以保障人们生存质量的角度入手,让大家坚定自己的信念,教大家学会自己创造对身体的自信,并告诉大家只要从经络处用力并懂得如何用力,就可达到身心共同健康的目的。

其实,我们每个人都可以更多地凭借自身的力量,去探寻疾病和衰老的解决之道,从而真正奠定对身体的莫大自信,体验脱胎换骨的心路历程,展示生命的内涵与尊严。

生命需要被生命感召,因为每个人心里都有一盏渴望点亮的灯火。人生需要顺着自然的风向,这样我们总会觉得老天在帮助我们,我们自然也就有了好运。

人人都需要勇于体验世间的喜怒悲欢,包括疾病和青春的远逝,这样我们才活得有血有肉,才是一个真正的人。

我们需要一些来自身体的提醒,让我们能随时找回自我;我们需要一些关怀,才能感恩和享有温暖,除此之外,我们还有什么奢求呢?

写这本书,我并不想阐发什么惊世骇俗的秘密,并不想树立什么标新立异的理念,并不想去劝说别人改变什么观点,更不想贪天之功为己功。书中描述的一切方法,古来就有,不是我的创新,只是您忘记了,忽略了,所以我要提醒您。就像是在夜里,我们总是会帮着家里人把被子盖好,好似这种亲情、这种感觉,虽是无心,却也有意。

你是想治标还是想治本?

所有我服务过的病人最初都担心我能不能治好他们的病,我的回答是非常肯定的。他们又会问,凭什么能做出这样的承诺。我回答说:要彻底康复是有条件的,那就是病人要完全做到我的要求。

这些要求是什么呢?这些要求其实就是治本所需要的条件

第一,综合性的方法系统。不是单一的方法。人是一个与自然、社会、自身生理机能相和谐的复杂系统,受到的影响是多方面的,只有把所有影响人体的因素都控制起来,身体的康复才会成为可能。人的健康有六个必要条件:1、正确的饮食;2、良好的睡眠;3、足够的运动;4、优美的环境(包括好的空气质量);5、健康的心理;6、符合自然规律的习惯。这些条件其实就是治病前的“治人”。慢性病如果先不治人,直接治病,就是治标的行为。其实这就是中医养生强调的最重要的一个内容--整体性。

第二,专业的操作。治疗、康复疗养是以实践为基础的操作行为,需要长时间的不断训练、师傅手把手的教导才能掌握的。有些朋友总是想在网上学习这些东西,我回答他们说,治疗和开车游泳一样,如果我在网上告诉你怎样开车和怎样游泳,你敢开车上路和下水游泳吗?比如按摩,它有五个基本的要求:有力,持久,均匀、柔和、深透。就拿有力来说,按摩的力度一定要让患者在能忍受的限度内感觉疼痛。许多虚弱病人或者女性朋友自己按摩根本达不到这个要求,所以按摩没有效果或者效果不佳。所有的治疗行为和养生行为都需要专业的操作,这个专业就体现在这些行为是否合适,程度轻了不行,过分了也不行。运动、喝水、睡眠等等养生行为同样如此。专业的操作其实就是中医的平衡概念,根据个体的差异采取的适量的行为。

第三,足够的调养时间。病人总是想通过一种神奇的药物或者神医的一两次治疗获得康复。千百年来,人们津津乐道某些大师妙手回春,起死回生。对于慢性病,世界上是不存在任何一种医药会有瞬间的效果。如果有,也只是一种治标行为,或者急救行为。因为任何治本的行为都需要让身体有足够的时间来进行自我修复。严重的慢性病身体自我修复的时间需要几个月以上。因此,正因为人们普遍存在这种心理和思维的误区,现在的医疗陷井、骗人的医药广告屡屡奏效,于是乎,花钱买病、人财两空、家破人亡的惨剧每天都在上演。

你想治标还是治本,明白了吧?单一的行为、非专业的行为、短期的行为都是治标的,而治本需要三个条件同时具备:综合性的方法系统、有平衡概念的专业操作、长时间的自我修复。

记住,是三个条件同时具备!还可以记住,如果你的身体长期康复不了,肯定是常用治标的方法来治本!

下面用表格的形式把治标和治本进行互相对照:

  2、乐观、积极,乐于承担责任,工作效率高;

3、善于休息,睡眠良好;

4、胃口好,大小便通畅;

  5、应变能力强,能适应环境的各种变化;

  6、抗疾病能力强,能够抗一般性的感冒、传染病等;

  7、体重适当,身体均匀,站立时头、肩、臂协调;

  8、眼睛明亮、反应敏锐;

  9、牙齿清洁,无空洞,无痛感,无龋齿,无出血现象,齿龈色泽正常;

  10、头发有光泽,无头痛;

  11、肌肉丰满、皮肤富有弹性,走路、活动感到轻松。

Heart Attacks + Drinking Warm Water

This is a very good article. Not only about the warm water after your meal, but about heart attacks. The Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals, not cold water, maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating.


For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this "sludge" reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine . Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

A serious note about heart attacks - You should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting. Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line.

You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack. Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms. 60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up. Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know, the better chance we could survive.

10對最完美食物組合

魚+豆腐
作用:味鮮,補鈣,可預防多種骨病,如兒童佝僂病、骨質疏鬆症等。
原理:豆腐含大量鈣質,若單吃,其吸收率較低,但與富含維生素D的魚肉一起吃,對鈣的吸收與利用能起更佳效應。

豬肝+菠菜
作用:防治貧血。
原理:豬肝富含葉酸、維生素B12以及鐵等造血原料,菠菜也含有較多的葉酸和鐵,同食兩種食物,一葷一素,相輔相成。

羊肉+生薑
作用:冬令補虛佳品,可治腰背冷痛、四肢風濕疼痛等。
原理:羊肉可補氣血和溫腎陽,生薑有止痛祛風濕等作用。同食,生薑,既能去腥膻等滋味,又能有助羊肉溫陽祛寒。

雞肉+栗子
作用:補血養身,適於貧血之人。
原理:雞肉為造血療虛之品,栗子重在健脾。栗子燒雞不僅味道鮮美,造血功能更強,尤以老母雞燒栗子效果更佳。

鴨肉+山藥
作用:補陰養肺,適於體質虛弱者。
原理:鴨肉補陰,並可消熱止咳。山藥的補陰作用更強,與鴨肉伴食,可消除油膩,同時可以很好地補肺。

瘦肉+大蒜
作用:促進血液循環,消除身體疲勞、增強體質。
原理:瘦肉中含有維生素B1,與大蒜的蒜素結合,不僅可以使維生素B1的析出量提高,延長維生素B1在人體內的停留時間,還能促進血液循環以及盡快消除身體疲勞、增強體質。

雞蛋+百合
作用:滋陰潤清心安神。
原理:百合能清痰火,補虛損,而蛋黃能除煩熱,補陰血,同食可以更好地清心補陰。

芝麻+海帶
作用:美容,防衰老。
原理:芝麻能改善血液循環,促進新陳代謝,降低膽固醇。海帶則含有豐富的碘和鈣,能淨化血液,促進甲狀腺素的合成。同食則美容、抗衰老效果更佳。

豆腐+蘿蔔
作用:有利消化。
原理:豆腐富含植物蛋白,脾胃弱的人多食會引起消化不良。蘿蔔有很強的助消化能力,同煮可使豆腐營養被大量吸收。


紅葡萄酒+! 花生
作用:有益心臟
原理:紅葡萄酒中含有阿司匹林的成分,花生米中含有益的化合物白梨醇,二者同吃能預防血栓形成,保證心血管通暢。
